I ordered shrimp tacos, the young woman asked if I wanted two or three, not indicating that if I order 3, it would be in lieu of rice & beans. I also asked if they had sour cream, she said something to the man standing there, he said something to her, she says it’s in the bag. It was not. The taco toppings are onion & cilantro & a side of salsa verde. No pico de gallo, just onions & cilantro. When I went back to let them know there was in fact no sour cream in the bag, the ‘father’ (I’m assuming) says .75 cents. I pull out my card & he says $6 min with an attitude. I just kinda looked at him because, dude, you told me it was in the bag in the first place. They begrudgingly gave it to me for free, Ok, fine… but with major attitude & not a smile between them from the beginning. I said thanks to the daughter, she said nothing. So besides mediocre tacos, I’d rather spend my money with people that comprehend customer service, as well as please, thank you & YOU’RE WELCOME. I...
Read moreI've gotten takeout here a few times and it's always been fine until recently. I ordered food online through menustar, and when I got to the restaurant, they were closed for maintenance. So I had no dinner, but they charged my credit card anyway. When I called the restaurant the next day, they were unable to help and unapologetic, telling me I had to contact menustar, and it wasn't their problem. So now I have this charge on my credit card that I'll have to dispute because menustar doesn't list any obvious way to deal with this problem online. The restaurant couldn't even just make me the food I'd ordered to make it right when I asked. So, the food there is fine, about what you'd expect, but don't order online and expect to actually get your food when you get there. They apparently just close on a whim sometimes and don't turn off online ordering...
Read moreThe thing that blew me away was the service. The waitress was all about making sure that we had the best time ever. They were super friendly, knew their stuff, and hooked me up with killer recommendations. Although, the atmosphere seemed a bit dull, but nevertheless a cozy and comfortable place to dine at.
But let’s talk about the real deal: the tacos. Holy guacamole, they were out of this world! I’m talking about taste explosions that would make your taste buds do the happy dance. We got shrimp and chicken tacos with soft tortillas. The meats were seasoned to perfection, and the tortillas were legit homemade goodness. Each bite was like a party in my mouth. We seriously couldn’t get enough! So, if you’re looking for a taco experience that’ll blow your mind, do yourself a favor and hit...
