HoneyBaked Ham Company — Restaurant in Pigeon Forge

Ordered one ham sandwich, two half salads and two drinks, and it came to over $30! That wasn’t the worst part. Halfway through eating the salad found a molded piece of cheese and of course didn’t want to finish the rest (so didn’t). Showed molded cheese to the worker who never offered a replacement or our money back. Told me she was allergic to penicillin when I showed her the molded cheese. What? Don’t go here!

Edited to add a response to the owners response. There was no miscommunication. I showed the woman worker the molded piece of cheese. She seemed embarrassed and said that you purchase your products, like cheese, from someone else and she would let them know there was mold on the cheese. I said to her that I hope none of us get sick and she told me she is allergic to penicillin. That was it! Perhaps you should train your employees on what to do it something like this happens again. Most places would offer to make you something else or give you a refund. Disappointed in the entire experience. We wanted sides when we ordered and was told they are frozen. We should have left then! And, yes, you are overpriced...

My first experience with this company, and any employer is lucky to have the gem that is Angela! The epitome of superstar customer service.

We were browsing the plaza and this place was at the very end of it, so we decided to grab lunch here.

We were the only ones in the establishment and Angela was the only worker. She is very personable, patient, and welcoming. We ended up chatting and found out that her hometown was 20 mins from us in Florida!

We were so hungry that we dug into the food before taking photos. I had the honey baked sandwich with the soup of the day which was an off-menu loaded potato soup with ham and my lady had the broccoli bliss! Juicy meat, amazing sauce/spread and I licked my soup bowl clean!

I absolutely love this place but the past 2 days have been awful here. I went to stop by and get a sandwich because they are amazing before work and the website said open i get there and the open sign is off so i drive away to go get a drink and decide to call a lady answered and said yes we are open so i drive back there and theres a sticky note on the door saying they will be back at 3:30 so i missed eating lunch. I went back the next day (today) they are open so i give it a shot and i tell the lady no mayo for 2 of my sandwiches because i can not have it since im pregnant. And they put so much mayo it was coming out of the wrapper. Maybe an off week. I might come back and try again in the future but...
