Fins Bar & Chill — Restaurant in Pigeon Forge

I went to Fins Bar & Chill on 11 October 2025, with a party of two. The young lady that greeted us,(I hate that I didn't get her name), was genuinely friendly and sweet. She seated us immediately in our preferred location. We waited 10-15 minutes for a server. After showing up, he never gave us his name, when asked questions on a few of the items he didn't know the answer, nor did he offer to find out. We were also never offered refills. At the end, when asking for a few to go boxes, he brought one, and after asking again, we ended up still leaving food there. The total bill came out to $38.86, (before tip) he hands me two pieces of paper, says thank you, have a good night and walks away. Looking at the receipt, it shows "Declined". At that point I get a notice from my bank asking if I just attempted to charge $46.63 at said place. I spoke with a manager, who informed me 1) He didn't know what happened 2) He canceled the transaction 3) The correct amount would be deducted from the card and 4) The difference would be reimbursed. As of today, 14 October 2025, none of this has happened. I did find out the servers name, and in my opinion he gave himself a $7.77 tip. The food was amazing, the place was clean and the first young lady was wonderful, so that's why...

9/28/2025 @ 7:45pm So below is my Review from our 1st Visit a while back. Sadly, tonight ain’t even close. Seated by the guy at the desk and I’m pretty sure he really didn’t care one way or the other about it. He was busy on the phone, no time for Customers. He did bring the Wife and I two menus and figured he told someone inside that they had two customers outside. Guess I figured wrong. After sitting for about 15 minutes and no Server in sight; we left. But; on the way past Mr. Personality I scared him to let him know we hadn’t seen any and he could let Management know; which I’d bet a free meal he never did. Manager: Hopefully you will have a good chat with the Employees; but I’m not holding my breath. Won’t return.

We just had Dinner here for the first time and it was absolutely amazing. Fish and Chips was cooked perfectly and Wife had Coconut Shrimp. I also had the Ultimate Margarita and it was Excellent. Now; we both agreed that our Server; Kassy, was Outstanding!! Her personality was so good and she actually spent some time finding out about us. It was our 50th Anniversary Trip here so that made it Special. Joe and Cindy Gauldin Newport...

If you want to eat, leave the hotel and go somewhere else. It wasn't visibly busy, but my party of 9 waited 90 minutes for food. The waiter had to keep coming back and asking what our order was. Out of 9 people, 5 meals.came out correct, 3 incorrect, and 1 never came at all even past the 2 hour mark when we finally told them to just give up, cancel any unfilled orders, and bring the check... and it took 20 more minutes to get the check. On that check, they charged fully for the incorrect items, and even billed us for an "extra" appetizer that they screwed up and made on accident. We all have bad days at work, and so we've all had bad experiences as customers. This was just unreal. I can't believe they had the nerve to charge for messed up orders and we even had to tell them to remove the undelivered items off the bill. Absolute incompetence. If you think I'm just a harsh disgruntled customer, check my other reviews and you'll see this is an anomaly. Avoid Fins at all costs. I'd honestly suggest waiting half an hour at a slow McDonald's for a fast food hamburger rather than putting up with the aggravation...
