If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place is not family friendly. We were there on Wednesday night, It was my family and I. Thirteen in total, as soon as my sister in law walked in there she was greeted by the hostess. Young pregnant woman, my sister in law asked for a table and the hostess said “Oh i am going to have remove the breakfast plates from the table.” Mind you we got there around 9pm and place said closing time was 12am. She was with a attitude the whole time no smiles no nothing. We still decided to sit down. The waiter came and got our drinks. We got waters, club soda , and 3 alcoholic drinks. The waiter was not friendly at all. If anything he looked annoyed we decided not to eat there. My cousin told the waiter to close the tab and he walked away and I noticed he walked up to his coworkers and pretty much all happy that we will not be dining in. He brought the ticket and it came out to $68. I got water (tap water) with lemon, i was charged $3.50. Im pretty sure that’s ridiculous. If you have kids do not go. They will look at your like you are weird or crazy. We all left so mad and we stopped at McDonalds and ate there. Where we were treated much better!!!! Oh and is...

This was one of the worst dining experiences we've had in a long time. Although our waitress was nice enough, the food was absolutely horrible. I am Vegan & have a dairy allergy, and chose this place specifically because the menu has items marked as Vegan. I ordered the Avocado toast which originally comes with Egg Yolk and Cotija cheese so I specified with my waiter that I would need the Vegan version. I got halfway through eating my toast when some of the avocado fell off and the Cotija cheese was still on there hidden under the avocado. I also ordered a latte and asked that it be made with Oat milk, and it was made with cows milk instead. I took two sips and realized that I could not drink it. Please do not offer Vegan options if you do not understand Veganism, especially for those who have allergies.

My husband ordered B&E and his Bacon was super thick and not bacon-like at all. He said his eggs were unseasoned and undercooked. We spent $55 and then went to Starbucks for coffee and food instead. Super disappointing and we...

We were staying at the Wayback and decided to try Paloma after a long day at Dollywood bc it is located in the lobby of the Wayback where we are staying. We were greeted and seated promptly by Dumaa our server. She was pleasant and knowledgeable of the entire menu. I had shrimp tacos and my wife had the Mahi Mahi. The food was amazing. After 3 days of being constantly disappointed by area restaurants we found this experience to redeeming. There were 3 tacos on a char marked flour tortilla. The Mahi Mahi was grilled to perfection and was presented on a plate with a corn salsa and sauce. I am not a fish guy at all but we wound up each eating half of our dinner and then switching. I was blown away by the Mahi. That is a testament to the chef. Just when we thought we were finished Dumaa surprised us with cotton candy in a vase. Thank you to everyone at Paloma for a wonderful evening with amazing food and delightful service. We will be back before we leave the hotel. Looking forward to...

Hidden Gem! Wow, didn’t expect this place to be so good! It’s beautifully decorated, felt new and super clean. It was empty when we arrived for a 6pm dinner. I don’t understand why…. Service was so friendly and attentive. We ordered the halloumi cheese appetizer and trio dip appetizer and they were delicious! There were 5 of us at the table and we all ordered something different and everyone loved their food. Birria tacos, mahi, steak and chicken with rice. My teenage boys loved everything. It’s not your typical Mexican restaurant because it’s fusion style (mixed with Cuban and Puerto Rican cuisine.) I ordered a skinny margarita and it was exactly what I was hoping for. Fresh lime juice and no added syrups. Thank you! We’re in town for a week and we hope to make it over again for a meal. Please give them a try!

QUEER FRIENDLY!!! (Hard to find in the area … it’s been a source of stress. The first venue where we truly felt safe and welcomed). One of the more delightful vacation meals we’ve had. Innovative, creative and fresh. Stars of the show were the sangria Blanca, steak with mofongo and jus, and clementine shave ice. I wouldn’t have changed a thing about this meal. The chef came out to personally explain the specials, and there was a sweet little amuse bouche watermelon/cucumber gazpacho. The service was well paced and courteous, the environment was charming … this is an elevated gem in PF. It was quiet on a Saturday night, which is appalling, because this place would be PACKED in any major city. We legit booked a night at this hotel because dinner was so delicious.

I googled “Eggs Benedict” and found this place had a wonderful variation “Brisket, Poached Eggs, Adobe Hollandaise, Grilled Sourdough, Sazon Breakfast Potatoes” - my mouth began watering after reading that. The location is easy off, easy on the main drag in Pigeon Forge - plenty of parking. The venue is immediately inside the hotel lobby - bar seating available. Warm greeting — even for an outside guest like me — nice bright, warm decor, I felt uplifted. Jaycee was my server — friendly small talk and quick service. The dish was wonderful — I really liked the sourdough bread used for the Eggs Benedict instead of a biscuit which I find common in the South. They also gave me a sample of freshly baked cinnamon donuts! My only regret is I only had time to stop once.
