Helpul friendly guest services. Warm welcoming environment. Beautiful lobby. People at the front desk were great...But it didn't stop there. Conference room was very hospitable. Rooms were clean and neat. Very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Great variety. Just the right temperature. Well stocked. George stayed busy and cheerful, helping people throughout the hotel. The lady cleaning rooms was cheerful and kind. Seems to love her work. Such a pleasant stay. This was my second time coming to the ladies' retreat, and I understand the hotel is great making arrangements for the conference. Looking forward to next year! My husband, myself and another couple had the pleasure of staying at the Smoky Mountain Resorts in Gatlinsburg , TN. The resort was beautiful, rooms were clean and in great condition. They have tubes for you so you can enjoy the Lazy River which was awesome! You also have access to the pool which is across the way in the trailer park. All and all we had a fabulous time! We would recommend this place to anyone and we're excited to come back ourselves. Logan B. checked us out and he was a pleasure to deal with. There was holes in the sofa. The room was very clean though. Had pretty much a full kitchen with full size fridge. Indoor pool is decent they open all the doors while we were there so more like an outdoor pool. There seems to be no rules in the pool so there was an issue one day we were not involved in but some teenagers were making the pool experience tough as they were trying to hit each other with a football as hard as they could.
