The Fudgery — Restaurant in Pigeon Forge

I’m here on vacation from Miami. The fudge store was empty when I walked in. I asked the guy behind the counter if he could help me he said to give him a second. More people walked in, he began serving others, I asked again said I had been waiting first, he said to give him a second again. I finally asked him why he wasn’t helping me he said there’s no line and he decides who he’s going to help and right now that’s not me. I couldn’t understand why someone at a tourist destination could be so hateful. I’m wondering if it was because I’m Hispanic and it was discrimination. The manager was of no help and did not attempt to resolve the issue despite the fact that I was in tears over the way I was treated by this man. Worst service I’ve experienced in pigeon...

This place is awesome. If you are visiting the Island you habe to stop here. All you have to do is go to the farris wheel and follow the singing. These people simg all day and put on an amazing show. You get to watch them make the fudge from kettle to counter, all the while enjoying the smells, singing and jokes. The employees are very upbeat and friendly and the deals they have are great. They also have different treats like candy apples, dipped rice crispies, ice cream, shakes and some really delicious fresh squezzed lemonade (which they squeeze right in front of you, one cup at a time). Visited the area May 2023, decided to get a piece of chocolate while my grandson enjoyed the rides. He orderd the m&m covered apple, and I had the rocky road fudge. Also, test taste two other fudges. EVERYTHING taste old, fudge hard and crumbley, marshmallows hard as the apple, The chocolate was hard, un sweet and pale. Two items were $22 and I request to exchange the fudge after one bite. The cashier said a hard NO. I asked for an exchange not a refund. After asking for a manager, she gave me an exchange and swoosh me away. I wouldn't go back due to the service and horrible old sweets. After all that, I saw a valid candy shop is a few doors down. I can actually smell...
