Arby's — Restaurant in Plainfield

So I went there to try the new Spicy fish sandwich. I ordered both the original and the spicy one then when I tried to order curly fries I was told they were out of curly fries that I could substitute mazzarella sticks or jalapeno poppers. So I said I take the jalapeno poppers order to drink put forward pay for it was trying to find out why it was so much looking at the receipt he did not substitute the jalapeno bombers like he said I was charged full price for the jalapeno bombers. Someone needs to inform him that when you use the word substitute you mean put that item in place of the other at that price. Now on the plus side I will say he was very polite very cheerful for working in a fast food drive thru. But I would have to say I was not pleased with being charged full price for the jalapeno bombers. Now the spicy chicken sandwich was actually really good probably one of the best sandwiches I've ever had at arby's that was not an arby's roast...

Tbh ... I jus ate at the arbys in plainfield .. And the food was so good i was mesmerized .. It took me an hour to come back to earth and stop talking about how good the food was .. The pizza sliders really taste like ur eating a really good pizza .. The buffalo chicken sliders have the perfect proportion of spicy and flavorful .. The beef and cheddar is always satisfying and oh my lord jesus christ .. The orange cream shake is a must get .. It literally taste like the orange cremesaver hard candies my gma used to keep for me .. I jus fell in love with arbys today .. Everyone...

Delivery from this location is subpart because they have the delivery drivers wait in the to-go line which means it may be a long time before you get your order, and it may not taste that great. They were even out of to go drink holders which makes it that much more difficult on the delivery drivers. They were also out of large drink cups so I had to get the customer's large in two mediums. I also had to call the customer while at the drive-thru checkout because they were not able to fulfill parts of the order. I finally got my delivery 15 minutes after I was supposed...
