I have been told that my reviews seem fake because I only give compliments & high scores. Well, I have something new for everyone today, so buckle up. My son & Mother in law both love Dunkin' for breakfast. I go a lot of mornings to get iced coffees & breakfast sandwiches. 3 different times I have gotten home to find i did not get what I paid for. The 1st time I ordered 3 sandwiches and opened the bag to find 2 orders of egg bites and some smashed hash brown bites. I let it go, it happens. The 2nd time, I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and a muffin. Got home to 1 sandwich that I didnt order and cold smashed hash browns bites. I let it go again because I refuse to ask for my $ back only to be called a Karen. The 3rd time, and yes, shame on ME for not checking, but I paid for 2 breakfast sandwiches and only got 1 sandwich and the smashed hash brown bites again that I did not order. At this point, that is a lot of $ down the drain. I called Dunkin' and let the team member know that this has happened a couple of times, & if I could get refunded for just one of the sandwiches that would be ok with me. She was really nice and said I could come in the next day and get 1 free breakfast sandwich. So, I go in, place my order, give my name & what happened. I say over & over I am so sorry to even complain! As they get my order, a girl who I assume is the manager says " make sure her order is right so she doesnt complain again " as she looks right at me. Really? I go in today and I only order a medium vanilla iced latte for my Mother in law. I had been waiting a while, a girl comes over asking what I ordered. She then brings me a large cup(they were out of medium cups) filled not even to the half way point. It looked crazy, so I then asked if I could just pay the difference to get a full cup. I dont mind paying for the difference at all, but I dont want to take this one that looks like someone has already drank most of it to my Mother in law. Another girl comes over, interrupts and angrily says "just fill it up for her, it's not worth it! " just do it for her! I left embarrassed and confused. I will NEVER spend 1 more dime at this place, which is sad because I love the blueberry muffins & coffee, but I just can't handle being treated like that 1st thing in...
Read moreUsed to go there 2-3 times a week and didn’t have much problem. Then stopped going for a while due to saving money not due to service and making at home but recently we’ve gone back a couple times and it has been 100% let down. For example. We ordered through the app a couple coffees and the bagel bites. When we got to the window they handed us the coffee and said bye. I reminded them we had food and she said the sandwich machine was broken and just stood there. I asked if we we could swap it for something else or get a refund. They said it could not be swapped and proceeded to take 10 mins trying to figure out the system for the refund and I’m not saying this is the employees fault but there should be better training. She wound up just giving me a gift card for the balance of the items we didn’t get which I didn’t have a problem with. Fast forward a week later we went through to get the coffees and sandwiches. This time the sandwich machine was down for cleaning so I just got one coffee. Went to use the gift card and she says it doesn’t work. We tried to explain that the gift card was from an error they made in our last order. She basically threw the gift card back at us and said it fine just go. Moral of the story is if rather drive 10 miles to another Dunkin than...
Read moreI go to this location every day, someone’s twice since it is down the road from work. This morning I decided to try to order from the app since I was running a little late. I ordered when I was about 10 minutes away. When I was 5 minutes down the road I clicked the little button saying ready for pick up so it would be ready when I get there. I have used this service at Starbucks and just went straight to the window and was helped immediately with no issue. Assuming that it worked the same way here, I skipped the speaker and went to the window. I was immediately greeted with an attitude because I apparently did it the wrong way. I sat and waited longer than I would have for my normal order, when the girl came out she let me know next time if I stop at the speaker I won’t wait so long. I could feel the irritation towards me from both people I spoke to. I work in a restaurant, I get it, sometimes people annoy you. However, this was how I started off my morning so no matter how you’re feeling it’s extremely unprofessional to make the guest feel it too. I don’t ever leave reviews but this experience made me leave with a bad taste in my mouth and was not how I wanted to...
