Day trip to PDX and ended up at this food truck. We paid around $6 for an hour to park in the parking lot, which gave us a safer feeling spot to sit and wait and to eat our food. Super friendly, not very fast (I think we waited 30 minutes). The atmosphere was pretty terrible, but that can be expected in this area. The Mac was absolutely delicious, with a Cajun flavor. We ordered the large gyro mac for around $19, which was around 2-3 large servings. It had a ton of delicious mac, and the gyro was so good that you definitely wanted more of it. We also ordered the kids mac--I think it was around $7-8-- which was a huge portion at a great price. We also ordered the fried pickles for funsies, and those were really yummy. The staff were watching sports on their phone and had no sense of urgency with our orders as well as the people who ordered after us.
