Traveling for work I visit my fair share of hotel coffee shops. The expectation is never too much given the ambiguous generalization for most establishments.
I was a pleasantly surprised by the offerings and amenities available here. There are a wide range of options and most importantly on multiple occasions during my stay the staff were prompt, knowledgeable, and accommodating.
