McDonald's — Restaurant in Racine

I went to McDonald's at 8 p.m. on Friday night on D I believe it was the 4th and I was only car in the Drive-Thru I had to pull forward to the rail cuz another car came and quickly left now I sat there for 15 minutes waiting on my food which was a Double Quarter Pounder deluxe meal and a spicy chicken sandwich with fries so we waited 15 minutes and I was like that's good that's fine I figured that they would make everything fresh well now so when they came out and gave me my order me and my daughter that just got off of gymnastics we were eating on the way home which is on Racine Street and the fries were not all the way cooked they were a half cooked you could tell by the texture and five just the look of them and my Quarter Pounder deluxe sandwich meat was cold the cheese wasn't even melted and the only thing that was prepared fresh was my daughter spicy chicken sandwich everything else about the meal was horrible to have sat there for 15 minutes waiting on food to just have only one item prepped it was bad experience there was no other cars but that one that quickly left behind me and the drive-through so this was just unnecessary and quite disgusting and we need to teach these young kids the valuable lesson of customer service as well as preparing food 100% and not giving people half-done food I used to work at this McDonald's and I could say that the only McDonald's that I would ever go to which I hardly go to any of them anymore is the one on Washington and sometimes I hit or miss for the one on Lathrop not that it was a bad experience bad food all the way...

Honestly hate this place...

They close at 10 pm.

I was just there and the staff is too busy talking among themselves to bother with customers. I spent over 5 minutes waiting to be taken care of even though the woman in front of me had just ordered. Instead of taking the next person in line the cashier walked away to make the order she just took. Then while making a shake spilt it all over the machine and floor. So naturally instead of just asking someone else to finish so she could take care of the now 5 person deep line. She joked with her 3 coworkers while making more of a mess. Did I mention the 2 other workers were 1) sweeping behind the counter around the cashier and 2) standing with 2 bags of fries to put in the fryer while staring at me. I had been waiting for my ride so I ended up leaving without food. As I walked out the door she was still cleaning but a different person decided to take care of the person who had been behind me in line.

Next is the ambiance. ... It's grey. No really the entire 'newly designed' interior is grey with baby blue chairs. Even the walls are now dark grey. They eliminated the play place and now it is just a room with grey tables and floor. The new chairs are not fixed to the ground but are plastic molded which makes them extremely flimsy. Honestly a school cafeteria is more comfortable. Definitely not a place to go and sit down to eat.

McDonald's used to be a nice place to go with the family for a nice time out but this one...

So... listen up Ronald Mc’asshat Donald, cus this is gunna be a long one! I don’t frequent McDonald’s a lot, mainly cus I want to live a long healthy life. BUT WHEN I DO! I go in for a tasty treat, & it is called a MOTHERFUKING STRAWBERRY SUNDAE! Now I don’t know what type of hierarchy you have there, but from the looks of it you decided to hire a bunch of dumbass millennials who don’t know what this is and proceed to tell me that “IT DOESNT EXIST”. I repeat, your pea brained employee said a STRAWBERRY SUNDAE HAS NEVER EXISTED! I don’t blame the employee (I do, she should be fired) but I place the blame more on whatever management you decided to put in charge there because I know when I hire somebody I’m going to train them properly to know what we sell so they don’t Give me dumbass answers like the one I received today on 1/11/2018. This review isn’t for me though... it’s for all the people who have gone through your drive-through or entered the establishment and have had to deal with an entitled idiot staring back at them when they ask for a simple Sundae treat. I’m doing this because I am a champion of the people, I’m the Hero they need and deserve!
