Took my entire family and parked in a stall. I pressed the button and a girl answered to take our order. We ordered almost $40 worth of food. After about 15 minutes, I pressed the button again and asked if I could pay in hopes that we could get our food sooner rather than later. The girl sounded annoyed and said we could pay when they food came out. Soon 20 minutes passed then 30. I didn't want to keep pressing the button because I did not want to annoy the employees. After about 45 minutes, I got out of my car asked an employee who was on break if she could help me or get me a manager. I also explained how long we had been waiting, and she was shocked. Finally after waiting another long while, a young lady came out with head phones. When I asked her where our food was, she said that they didn't have any record of us ordering anything from our stall. I explained that we had ordered from her and we had spoken twice. She absolutely denied it and said could have been someone else. She was the only one taking orders. She didn't even apologize or try to make thing right. By this time and hour had passed and our dinner evening was ruined. I asked if I could get corporates number and she walked back into the restaurant and again made me and my entire family wait another long time. I could also see her laughing and her and another girl looking at me through the window, laughing. I finally opened the door to their kitchen and and asked if I could please have corporates number. She finally gave me a paper with a number and walked away, with absolutely no sympathy for the horror we had been through. Never will I ever visit...
Read moreThe staff are overworked and it shows because they are under staffed, like many places right now. The app is cool in concept but poorly executed at this location. I submit and paid for an order and checked in right after. After 35 minutes of waiting, decided to check in and discovered they couldn't find my order in the system. Not their fault, just poorly executed process. The order was there but was somehow unnoticed until brought to their attention. I dislike having to be a nuisance by checking on my order but seeing others get their orders much more efficiently was discouraging. Anyways, I dunno if I will use the app anymore. Probably better do use the systems that are familiar to the staff here. I would have upped my review to 3 stars if any of the staff who walked past my stall on their way in and out had checked to see if everything was ok (considering it must have looked like i was just parked at the stall, not ordering anything for 30+minutes). I also would've added a star if when I did check in on the order, the mistake was just acknowledged rather than having the staff member act like i made a mistake on my end.
I wanted to provide a comparison. I went to In-N-Out after, during lunch rush, where there were 20 people in line in the drive thru. My wait from the time I got in line to the time I got my food was about 10 minutes. The staff seemed happier, and better taken care of. I am led to believe that management is more effective and supportive of their staff...

Order via mobile app.. Pulled into a stall and 15 minutes later, the sign said that Tina will be out shortly with your order. 20 minutes later, Tina came out and said they were out of Bananas and we can pick something else. So we got a butterfinger shake instead of the extra banana shake that we ordered. ( the cheaper shake and NO price adjustment- just got ripped off ) 20 minutes after that "Almost an hour total wait" We finally got our order..
After long wait, needed to go to the restroom. Staff said it was closed.. I can go to the restaurant next door. How does any restaurant have NO restroom available to use or even wash hands????
Well half price shake also means half shake. ALL of our large shakes ordered were less that half of the cup of shake, mainly more whip cream if anything else... ( Soooo.... just got ripped off for the 2nd time with the same order. )
** What does Sonic do to make this issue right???? AND Sonic, before you reply.. Yes... I would like to exclate this issue and I already reached out via other methods. Left all required info from store #, receipt #, etc.... Not a happy customer....
