This location was my go to for delivery every Friday for years from the Renton Landing. Unfortunately they resorted to using Uber due to lack of driver reliability I'm told. I have had hiccups along the way with Jimmy's but they had always been great at any resolution
Over the past few months one Uber delivery driver said she delivered my food and did not. When I texted her she turned on automatic reply. I contacted Uber. 3 1/2 hours later my camera caught her creeping up and leaving my food. GROSS.
The next several orders were fine either by Jimmy's or Uber.
I ordered again and again Uber delivery driver NEVER delivered my order at all but I received confirmation that it was and ghosted me On both occasions I had to chat with Uber unsuccessfully with great frustration. There is no way to truly communicate with them.

Read moreI had an unfortunate experience at Jimmy John unauthorized charges was made on my card. Alaskas the assistant Manager went above and beyond to help. But he was instructed by his boss or the owner to tell me that they could not assist in reverting the charges that was made on my card for food that I did not purchase. There was two of the same charges instead of crediting one of the charges they charged my card twice another time. So now I'm stuck with contacting my bank. I was a little disappointed about the unwillingness to assist when they knew this was an unauthorized transaction. Very bad way to treat a customer. That was my first time visiting this store and would be the last time. Never had this problem before. The manager did not have the decency to call me himself. The food ordered was okay. Read moreI called the lading jimmy johns Sunday June 26th at around 9 20 to place an order they TOOK MY PAYMENT and 20 min later I got a call saying I was out of range and I would have to call Rainer JJ and order from them (pay again) when I asked about my refund she said it would take up to 3 days (so as of today I would be out about 40 bucks) when I asked how that was fair the girl said "ITS NOT HER FAULT I DONT HAVE THE FUNDS" I asked for her name and she hung up I the called Rainer found out she has had previous complaints he told me her name was Danielle Nicole. It blows my mind some one would say that I have the money I paid again for our dinner it was just all handled wrong from her response to me I have never felt more disrespected I never complain but this was with it.
