The only place in Rexburg that makes quality burgers. I got 2 huge burgers and cheese curds for cheaper than I expected, but I would probably pay more for this quality of food. The meat was not over cooked, the tomatoes, avocado, and lettuce were FRESH, the flavors are balanced so well, and the buns gave a great crunch. Not soggy at all. The girl who took my order went above and beyond good customer service. She was so chill, easy to talk to, and made sure I got what I was craving. The food really wasn’t all that bad, but our experience was not pleasant at all. They messed up our orders, and added many items to our burgers that were not listed to be on the burger. I ordered the western burger and they added things like mustard and pickles, which flavors cannot be removed. I would’ve liked some warning that those thing would be on there so I can ask for them not to be. I spent $40 on 3 entrees and I’ll compare my experience to a story my mother once told me... her grandma gifted her onion rings for her birthday one year and her mother made her call to thank her.
