Ah, behold the splendid establishment known as Jamba, a veritable cornucopia of vivacity and unbridled energy that seems to permeate the very atmosphere itself! One cannot help but be enticed by the pristine dining area, which glimmers as though it were polished by the cherubs of cleanliness, alongside the equally immaculate realm where the industrious employees ply their trade with diligence most admirable. Speaking of these vibrant stewards of refreshment, they are not only youthful in appearance, imbued with an infectious demeanor that could charm the most stoic of souls, but also exude a patience reminiscent of a Zen master whilst guiding my dear boyfriend and myself through the labyrinth of beverage and snack choices that lay before us. Our ultimate selection? The apple cinnamon pretzels, which I would rate with a modest 7 out of 10, being a solidly crafted pretzel, albeit lacking in the robust apple and cinnamon essence one might expect. Might I suggest instead the savory pretzel, which I am inclined to bestow a commendable 8 out of 10 upon, as it dances upon the taste buds with delightful fervor! Furthermore, we ventured into the realm of smoothies, selecting two delectable concoctions: mine, aptly named the white gummi, is a effervescent frolic of fruity flavor that audaciously slaps one across the visage with its boldness! Meanwhile, my boyfriend's choice, the peanut butter moo’d, evokes the delightful image of a Reese’s Cup engaging in a whimsical dalliance with a banana, retaining all the charm and flavor of its confectionery parentage. Oh, it is an exquisite delight! I would rate the white gummi a delightful 9 out of 10, and the peanut butter moo’d an equally respectable 8 out of 10. Both are worthy of the highest recommendations; however, our hearts leaned ever so slightly towards the enchanting white gummi. In conclusion, our jaunt to this delightful oasis was nothing short of splendid, and I assure you, we shall undoubtedly grace this establishment with our...

I had an extremely frustrating experience with them this morning when I went to pick up an online order I had made. I have been told previously by their workers if I have an online order to pickup that I can just drive up to the window without using their intercom system and they will just talk to me at the window. That is what I normally do. I’ve done it multiple times. Well this morning I drove up to the window and made eye contact with the girls inside, and they were working on someone else’s order inside so I waited. And waited. And waited. The girls inside made eye contact with me multiple times but never came to check on me. After 10 minutes another car pulled up behind me after ordering in the drive through. Then after an additional five minutes a worker FINALLY came over and asked if I was the one with the order (of whatever the person ordered behind me I’m assuming) and I said no, I had an online order and I’ve been sitting here for 15 minutes being ignored! This girls response was, “Oh did you use the intercom to tell us? Because if you don’t do that then we don’t know why you are here.” Or ya know, you could have come over one of the four times you made eye contact with me and knew I was there and chose to ignore me instead of asking if I had an online order (which they usually do every time I drive up to the window). Honestly I like Jamba but this was just ridiculous. I hope I have a better experience next time if I decide to...
Read moreI absolutely loved this Jamba Juice! They do a good job of getting the drinks out quick and making sure I have everything. The employees are very friendly and understanding. It’s a fun environment that’s very inviting and urges me to come back. I’ve come here at least once a week for a long time. My biggest complaint is they do a terrible job of posting when they are open or closed. They assume that posting it on there entrance with a piece of paper is enough. 90% of people go online to check if a place is open or not. I’ve tried to go the last 2 days to get a drink and they were closed both times because of “holiday hours” they posted on a piece of paper on the entrance, while on google and their website it said they were open. Please do something about this and be a professional business that communicates with customers better than putting a piece of paper up on your door. I’m sorry Jamba, but you’re losing my business and many others to something as simple as posting your hours in places where people will see them.
Edit: The manager gave me a call and gave me a great explanation of why they can’t post their hours different online. It’s because they don’t control the website themselves. It’s done through corporate. I will gladly give them a 5 star if they are able to figure that out with corporate. For...
