Dax's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Richland

The waitress took a long time to greet us. And when she did she wasn't polite and she wasn't wearing a mess. When we asked for a menu she just said yes we have one but she still insisted on us ordering drinks when we didn't know what we wanted and we wanted to look at the menu. She didn't give us any ideas of what to get instead she said I can make what you want. We let her know we didn't know what we want and she just stood there staring at us. She made our daughters feel uncomfortable because how rudely acted. So we decided to leave. We were excited to try this place out when he heard the drinks were good and the food was as well. Update: We came here again and the service was still spot-on! Mallory was awesome! She was taking care of everything! I had the Buffalo Chicken sandwich and it was delicious!!!! Definitely coming back! 5/10/23

A small group of us came to Dax's to kill time while some of us got tattoos down the street. We all had such a great time! Kayla took such great care of us...even the guys who, I have no doubt, gave her a new gray hair or two. (Sorry about that, Kayla!!!) She recommended some tasty drink creations (the Black Opal!!) and was just an overall gem!! Thank you for making our day one...

I came in the other day and was served by Jenny. The food is absolutely phenomenal, with the best fries and burgers I've been able to find since transplanting here. Jenny is extremely attentive, and unfortunately for me, funnier than I am! It seems it has its busy days, but overall, it's pretty chill there. Perfect place to end the day/night at. As long as I am in Tri this will be my go to place! Its also worth mentioning that this is the cleanest bar I have been to in the entire region, after what I've seen out here thats...
