2020-01-17 at 5pm, found a parking spot on the street, tight squeeze, walked in on the bar side, every booth/seat/table was filled except some seats at the bar, asked a nice lady employee about seating, she told me that this is the bar side, she told me about the dining room side, some 2-seat tables were available, 1 booth and a 4-seat table near the door and window was available, another couple sat at the booth, so I sat at the window near the door and the window. It was very busy and the best and only table available for us to sit, so we were cold and it was crowded since everyone wanted to eat there, so the door was open while people waited at that door for seats (10 to 15+ minute wait for people to be seated) and while my wife was trying to put her food in carryout container, her arm bumped someone behind her that was standing and waiting, and her food fell on the floor. My wife liked the chicken parmesan and I liked the blackened salmon. My 2 year old daughter ate some rice and spaghetti. Our server was nice and attentive even though it was very busy. The corn bread was better than the white bread served for dinner. The (homemade) lemonade tasted really sour cream reminded me of bad tasting tap water or the smell of egg shells stored in water and a jar. The water served with dinner tasted better than the lemonade, save yourself some money and don't get the lemonade! I have to reduce my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars because of the lack of seating, having to sit bear the door, the door left open due to customers waiting in/at the door and line forming out the door and people crowded behind us while we were eating. Definitely not a place I want to eat when it is busy. Please give me some good food, service, elbow room and a warm place to eat with little to no wait time to be seated.

2019 Easter, they were open Easter morning (thank you) for breakfast! Called, placed order for carryout, was told to pickup the order across the street at shields store, no parking on either side of the small street, so we passed the location, made a u-turn, drove to shields across the street and saw someone walking from Joe's Inn to shields and assumed that was our order and it was. My wife went in, picked up order and she enjoyed...

3 nights ago i ordered carry out at this restaurant to celebrate my good grades, and unfortunately, it was a big letdown. I ordered the ribeye steak with mashed potatoes and fruit. The mashed potatoes were the first disappointment. They were incredibly runny, almost like soup, and lacked the creamy texture I was expecting. It was so unpleasant that I had to discard them.

The ribeye steak, which should have been the highlight of the meal, was a major letdown. It had an excessive amount of fat, and this made it quite unappetizing. I understand ribeye tends to have a good chunk of fat, but this was a very excessive amount. It also just didnt taste good. I had to discard a significant portion of the steak because of the fat. It's disappointing when a restaurant can't get a staple dish like a ribeye steak right.

On a positive note, the fruit bowl was the one redeeming aspect of the meal. It was decent and offered a refreshing contrast to the disappointing main dishes.

What made this experience even more disheartening was the fact that I had digestive issues for two days after consuming this meal. It was certainly not the celebratory experience I had hoped for. I was debating whether or not to write this review, but as a college student on a budget, it's disheartening to spend your hard-earned money on a meal that falls so far short of expectations, especially during a special occasion. I've never felt compelled to write a negative review about a restaurant before, but I believe honest feedback is essential for...

I am a long time fan of Joe's Inn and was so excited to go tonight. Even called old friends to meet me there. I was shocked how rude and un accommodating they were. I was meeting people I hadn't seen in years so when we had 4 of our 5 we asked to be seated. Mind u I could understand maybe if they were busy but were not with literally all large tops available. I asked again nicely and they told us no, i told them I thought it was ridiculous but said fine and continued to wait at the bar and had our friends come up here so we could catch up while waiting on our friend to arrive. While waiting about 10 mins later we are all fine and waiting the manager then comes up and tried to escalate the situation, we were fine but thought it was ridiculous in a half empty restaurant with all of the large tops open why we couldn't be seated. She then got rude and gathered other wait staff around like it was a big deal. And then suggested we leave then trying to embarrass us saying she would call the cops I asked her to please do. I wouldn't eat here at this point it was clear these guys are crazy but I would not let them try to shame me and kick me out. I finish my drink and went to leave and then had to have a drunk, i guess regular, get up in my face. It's a shame when trying to enjoy an evening with friends and reminisce about memories here, we were faced with such rudeness and bad attitudes. Highly recommend you find somewhere else to dine and gather! Photos of restaurant at the...

This little diamond in the rough is sitting in a heart of a beautiful neighborhood. When we got there we were sat at a table by a server that was not ours. While we waited to speak to our server, since the lady with short brown hair sat us and took off so quickly, we had no option but to sit there with the stroller in one of two isles waiting to request a high chair. While waiting the same server came back grabbed the stroller and said she had to move in a few table lengths away from us without asking if we could move in first. The mom of the infant struggled to hold the child until we were approached by our server. Once our server came she was amazing. We were served this past Saturday at lunch time and although I forgor her name she served our Girl Scout Troop, a group of us were 7 deep and she was amazing. She gave us awesome recomendations, food came out quick and right. Food was delish! Made up for the bad service we received from the server who sat us. Will be back and hope we get the same awesome server who served us this past weekend.

Just left Joe’s…I had a ‘decent’ lunch but it wasn’t like the other experiences I’ve had there. I’ll just say, people are different and so not every waitress will treat you the same. I will not say it was ‘obnoxious’ it just wasn’t ‘friendly’. The LEMONADE is off the chain. The bruschetta is good also. Their drinks are average…but depends on the bartender, from what we could tell … we had 2 different people helping us so not sure who made the first but it was weak, the second was tolerable. I had the quarter fried chicken ( I liked the idea of it being freshly fried) but the taste was almost bland. The friend chicken sandwich that my friend’s son had (per his remarks) was good. And my friend’s steak was overcooked. She asked medium well and it came well done. Anyway?’, it’s not my first time, not sure it’s my last but I will say I’ll stick to breakfast. Oh and it seems like the UPS guys like this place for ‘lunch’ too?!?
