Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Rossford

This is by far the worst atmosphere and service I’ve had. The staff doesn’t greet anyone when they enter which is 101. We didn’t know where to order and the woman at the counter just points to the sign without helping. We tried to customize our hot sub and she told us it would happen later in line. After we got the sub we asked about customizing and they told us that we should have done that while ordering. Makes no sense. The try to ask questions but you can’t hear them and after 3 times of us asking what was that they still don’t speak up. We ordered drinks and I was standing at the counter waiting as they all just looked at me. After a few seconds they asked what I needed and I said cups please. They looked at me like I was dumb and go they’re on the wall as if I should have known. When we order they should tell us that. When my wife and I arrived all the staff were in the back on their phones, and seemed annoyed to have to serve us. We ordered 2 Club Subs, add Honey Mustard to 1. They then took proceeded to screw up both subs in every possible way and then looked at me like I had just crapped in their morning oatmeal when I pointed out that it was wrong each time. I had to tell them explicitly no tomato, then they added onion and I had them take it off. Then they added oil and honey mustard to both subs and what I think was oregano. We just wanted what we ordered but the dude staff proceeded to screw it up in every possible way and then got snarky when I said they’d done it wrong. If I could rate 0 stars I would. They also withheld the recipt from us and we weren’t even asked if we wanted it. Thanks for wasting $40, even McDonalds...

Food is always top notch that’s why we typically drive 45min away to get jersey mikes. Make this trip frequently because it’s one of the only safe option I can eat. It’s always a disappointment when the employees ruin the experience. This is one of very few places I can actually eat with a gluten allergy and it seems like every time I come to this location I get met with rude attitudes and eye rolls because of an allergy I can’t help. This has happened time and time again at this location and tonight was just too much. The second I asked for GF the entire energy switched.
