Cap City Squeeze Juice Bar is a grab n go that makes mean tasting smoothies, juices, oatmeal, and acai bowls. It is a block away from the State Capitol in 14th Street between O and P Streets. There is no indoor seating. But they do have a outdoor sidewalk seating.

My favorite place to get an acai bowl is from Cap City. The acai has a smooth consistency, cold and firm without being slushy like an icee. It holds its consistency well and does not melt quickly. Not sure how this lady working the counter keeps her job. Or maybe she’s the owner and doesn’t really care about customer service. This was my 1st time here and not at all impressed with the experience these employees created for me. NOT friendly and DO NOT make you feel welcomed. I have been going there for 2 years or so. But lately the service is not efficient. The girls in there are super slow, one of them didn’t even saw me arriving because she was texting on her phone. I saw it after standing there for a while, waiting to be help. Her eyeglasses reflect the cellphone texts.
