This place is good and lacking at the same time. The girl who works there is the only one who listens to the order and has the appropriate customer service skills. The teenage boy and older man who work there make me repeat a bunch of times and make kind of rude comments as well. The teenage boy kept making me repeat my ice cream order over and over, legit 4 times. And it was calm, not noisy in there at all. And the older man did not put any caramel on my ice cream, even though they charge almost a dollar to add to my ice cream. The seasoned fries are really good there, but they aren't crispy enough, very undercooked. So I always ask them to be extra crispy. Went here with some friends for a treat. We all got smoothies, two matcha and one strawberry. The matcha didn't taste like it at all. Turns out it was from a mix drink can that does not contain matcha(he left it on the counter and I know that brand, got it by mistake before). My friend with the strawberry was upset because it tasted like a cup of slushy sugar. Instead of complaining she went to give it back and PAID for a new one. The cashier talked to the owner and he yelled out "if you don't like it I'm not wasting my strawberries on you!" She got her money back for the second but not the first.
