My family/party of 12 have planned our family day aound your restaurant. Our family has come from all over the closest being Napa, CA. We planned on being welcomed in by the smell of the delicious pizza aroma. I thought I was making a great decision but to have to change everything for our group at the last minute has been a disaster. Standing outside the closed restaurant even after the internet and website says they should be open has truly discouraged me. My family and I come quite aways, no short ride for not just the food but for the ambiance. And to arrange all this for nothing. To sit and look through the window. Maybe the system needs to be updated but thats someyhing I as the guest should not just have to take a loss on. Having to rearrange a party at this late in the time has been nothing but an inconvenience.
So everyone who likes or loves the experience or even the food. Do more homework on the time wayyyy before you head out. Don't waste your time nor money without speaking with management 1st. Gas is over...

I was concerned when my DAUGHTER received an electronic copy of my Visa-enabled payment for lunch, that even included my signature - which was rendered accurate enough forgery. My daughter is not on my Visa card, so how this happened is unclear.
I asked for a paper receipt when I bought the lunch. I was NOT asked if I wanted a receipt e-mailed. I do not share an email account with my daughter.
some idiot vendor named "Square" in San Francisco sent the signed copy of my receipt.
I will never use a card or electronic payment system at this place again - and suggest you use caution...
Read moreJust had a dinner buffet with my girlfriend and the who I presume was the owner greeted us and made us fresh pizzas. As we waited for the fresh batches of pizza we had some salad and I snacked on some grapes that were at the Salad bar. The pizza was delicious. Very cheesy with the pully cheese effect and I must admit I probably burned my tounge but still kept going.
