I have subscribed Microsoft Office 365 emails and Apps for years. Unfortunately, I requested to fix a wrong address listed in the invoice more than a year ago. I have filed so many tickets. But nothing works. Finally they made me close all accounts and said it will fix it. Now I have all my accounts closed and redid the subscriptions again.
