I went here with my autistic son and after I paid my son ran off, I ran to grab him my iphone7 was stolen I asked for help from the worker who said another costumer took it. when I confronted them they didn't have it. I asked if they could look through the camera and see so I can get my phone back since everyone was still there they wouldn't. I asked them if I could use there phone to call someone to come help me with my son since he was crying for the phone he has everything on there his special apps that keep him calm. It took 45 minutes for me to get my food and every time I asked where's my food all the Manager said was "i don't know" . they wanted me to leave and I wouldn't until they took a report which they did not want to one of the male managers was giving me dirty looks, he was treating me like I couldn't afford an iPhone7 like I was lying, they did call the police which did come out I told them what happened and that's when they told me I was no longer allowed to go to this McDonalds that the Manager didn't want me to come back. I called the 1800 number for McDonalds and told them what happened and I told the lady I don't understand why they treated me and my son who has autism the way they did. I never complained when the inside was full of homeless and there was no tables, or when it smelled like a barn yard, or when the tables were so dirty there were dried ketchup stuck on the table, or when my food was cold instead of hot, I didn't make a big deal when I ordered my son chicken nuggets kids meal and inside the box was not chicken nuggets but a sausage patty, I didn't complain when the bathrooms are dirty and smell, or when the men's bathroom was broken and they had to share with the women. nor did I complain when the Mexican manager asked me in Spanish if I spoke Spanish and when I said no she gave me a dirty look. but they way they treated not only me but also my son, was uncalled for this was the last straw. I'm not sorry my son is autistic and was crying because instead of smiling and sitting the quietly he was crying screaming because that's the only way he knows how to express himself. so if you are reading this PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE! About a month ago I placed an order from Door Dash that was absolutely messed up. My door dash receipt was correct yet McDonald’s on K St. just did a terrible job. I had to throw it away. Door Dash made it right and this was my first bad experience with this location.
Today was my next visit since my terrible experience and I’m sad to say me personally going there did not make it much better. The line was very, very slow! I finally go to pay (at apx. 4-4:30 pm) and the gentleman at the first window was hopefully just having a bad day as he seemed to be hating life. So much so I gave him an up and above, “have a nice day,” to get nothing in return. Upon reaching the second window, I’m happy to say I received my order right away. I noticed I did not receive my sauce although I was charged a dollar for it yet when I mentioned it the lady handled it for me right away.
Then, as I was leaving the second window a man was sitting on the curb with legs out in the driveway (employee? Homeless? Don’t know and doesn’t matter). To get around him I had to go over the other curb.
Finally, My yummy fries…well, not so much. Cold, barely any salt and chewy like they have been sitting for awhile. My diet Coke and nuggets were good.
To top things off at apx. 6:30pm I decide to call to speak to the manager in charge vs. posting this review. I called once with no answer. I tried to look for another number getting the same number so I called again. It rang and rang and finally went to a message asking for me to enter in a code.

Read morePlaced a mobile order for curbside pick up, arrived parked in the designated parking stall and completed the check in process in the app. That part worked exactly as expected easy as it was designed to be. However after waiting for 15 minutes and having received no indication that food was coming I finally got out of the car and went to the walk up order window where you would expect to find an employee only there was no one. After knocking on the window finally someone came and told me they were not taking orders the system was down. I explained I had already ordered and was waiting for 15 minutes for my order. The employee asked me what I ordered which I found to be odd because I told him I was in stall 3 for a mobile order which should have been all the information he needed. So I showed him my order in the app and went to go it. He arrived back at the door a few moments later with a bag and my soda with no ice but not my Carmel Sunday which he had to go back and make. Which was lucky for me or else I would have been handed a melted ice cream Sunday. The food was horrible. The fries cold the chicken nuggets cold and old. Needless to say I am very upset about the whole situation. I will not be using the mobile ordering feature again in the future nor will I be visiting this McDonald's anytime soon. Very...
