Never got the chance to order because they are ridiculous at customer service. I had to get a quick something to eat because I was in my way to work and had to meet a crew for storm clean up. Pull in drive thru was swamped. Decided to inside to order 2 sausage biscuits and a drink. It was busy inside a well. Except there was only one girl working the register and she was shaky at best. Three people in front of me, 1st person ordered moved aside, 2nd person ordered moved aside. The third guy was on his cellphone the whole time and barely spoke English, got to the cashier still on his phone mind you and starts asking questions about can they make this a special combo with discounts just for him. She asks for help from a manager who is running like crazy and delivering food to tables while other employees are standing around checking thier phones. The girl rings up his order and he says oh, I forgot my wallet tells her he'll be right back. The man goes outside gets in his car and drives away. I watched from where I was waiting because she told me she couldn't help me because she was in the middle of an order. At this point she looks for help again because she cannot figure out how to cancel his order. I am already hot because I waited and saw what was going on and could already tell this location had no training standards what so ever. When did working at McDonald's become rocket science? I left because at this point I was mad that while she was struggling and poorly trained to deal with customers, the other 10 plus employees or so watching the manager struggle and do thier job, just stood around. No one opened another register to mitigate the delay, no one stepped up to help this young girl and no one was taking thier job seriously. So I now say good bye to another restaurant that I grew up with that service had become so bad and neglect that I well boycott as well. I will just say it's ashamed that I'm America today you fight for higher wages for a minimum wage job and still don't put effort in to trying. Read moreDrive through needs some work! I asked what Mcgriddles were on sale. I was told told two kind, sausage and the bacon one. I asked if they were still on sale for 2 for $4. I said great! I will take six and could you make that 3 bacon and 3 sausage. The total $12.47... adds up to 6 mcgriddles for that amount...I received my bag it feels heavy. I pulled off in my truck and reached in the bag to get a Mcgriddle and felt only 4 of them. I turned around and went back to drive through and told them that I was missing 2 McGriddles. I showed the receipt and was told to come inside with receipt! Then I was told that the sale did not include the sausage Mcgriddle and that I could pay for 2 more sandwiches...I explained to the manager. The attitudes were unprofessional from the manager and the second window male employee. I felt like they thought I was trying to get over! I went back outside to my truck and got the bag of food and just wanted my money back. Orders with this specific McDonalds are always screwed up. Go there and ask for a Large fry NO SALT and see what you get...any shift. Last time I was told that the salt on my fries was from the grease that it was cooked in. When I saw the employee put salt on the fries. I told them and they dropped some more fries for me. I had to wait again. Guess what! I received a medium fry. I told them that I paid for a Large fry with NO SALT! Yes the medium fry was salted again. Lack of communication and understanding what is on an order receipt is an issue. Read moreThis location is a complete and total JOKE. First off, you're lucky if they're open on time. They have their hours posted on the door, but don't listen to it, just look for the lights, if you don't you're going to be disappointed. If you're not using the app it is EXTREMELY common for employees to get your order wrong. You will also see employees arguing with management in front of customers, the longest argument I have seen lasted about 5 minutes, with all of the customers there to see and hear, which was earlier this week. It is very common for food to be burned as I can't tell you how much burnt stuff I have received. And to top it all off, they can be going through a very busy lunch service and the employees are taking up anywhere from 1-6 tables, giving customers no where to sit. This Weinbaum establishment is absolutely awful. I live in Saint Robert and if I want McDonalds, I will gladly drive to their other location in Waynesville as it seems they actually have standards there. Someone needs to fix the Saint...
