Crazy Croffles — Restaurant in Salt Lake City

Such a cute spot! I really like the Gateway. It's sad to see it empty. I think this is a great dessert spot in the shopping center. First and foremost, their croffles are DELICIOUS! They come out hot with delicious toppings on top. Also, they have MANY different unique flavors, including matcha (one of my favorite flavors ever). Secondly, I love how it's currently a small business. I love supporting these places. Thirdly, I've been craving a croffle for almost a year since eating an amazing one in Italy. Therefore, I'm ECSTATIC there is a designated croffle place in Utah! The croffle itself is so good that I can definitely eat them plain, no toppings needed. Me and my boyfriend LOVE this new place. Their croffles are amazing, the owners are really nice, and pretty much everything we have tried there is delicious. My favorite is actually their iced chai. Normally I can't drink a very big serving of coffee or tea so I ordered the 12 oz but it's so good I'm up to their largest size now lol. Their chai is not heavy on cardamom or pepper, it is very light and christmasy.

We've been here like 5 times already and they just opened! They have a special until Monday for 25% but even without the discount their prices are reasonable. My only caveat is the seats are not very comfortable but we usually do take out anyways....

This place opened up near me recently and my partner and I stopped in a couple weeks ago. I'll cut to the chase - this place is awesome. The premium croffles are a little pricey but absolutely bring a lot of value.
