Eclair French Pastry City Creek — Restaurant in Salt Lake City

Me and my Wife came in to try the eclair, It must of been a bad day or close to closing, we ordered 1 Almond Eclair and Dutch Apple Eclair, they were Dry and Zero Taste, we ordered two cold Beverages a Fancy Arnold Palmer and Hibiscus Tea Cold, we both Boiling Hot Water with random tea we both burned our tounges thinking it was cold and to our surprise it was Scorching Hot tasteless Water, we paid 25+tip, I don't understand how this could happen, and we will be pressing charges. It was empty for a reason, I normally don't write these bad reviews but for a dry and stale eclair and boiling hot water with no taste and then we get burned i will never be returning to this place and I suggest you stay clear of this...

What a hidden gem! I recently stumbled upon Éclair French Pastry and was completely blown away. The eclairs are heavenly flaky, delicate, and filled with the kind of rich, smooth cream that makes you close your eyes after every bite. Pair that with a perfectly brewed coffee, and you’ve got yourself a little slice of Paris right here.

But what really made the visit unforgettable was the service. Ask for Kat. She’s a total standout. Friendly, attentive, and full of great recommendations. You can tell she genuinely cares about the experience you’re having. I left with a full heart (and a full stomach). Can’t wait...

I like this place and I’m glad city creek has a coffee shop besides Nordstrom’s cafe.

Sadly they did me dirty today. I ordered a chai latte with oat milk. I saw the barista use whole milk (it was also bright white when she brought it over) and asked if she used whole milk. She said yes and remade it.

The remake was what really got me. It tastes bad. It’s watery. The ice was melted immediately. I’m guessing the barista just is inexperienced.
