I was incorrectly charged over $200 and initially received no helpful response after multiple emails and phone calls — it felt like talking to a brick wall. The issue was only addressed after I left a review, but instead of a professional resolution, the manager responded with a rude and dismissive email. While the charge was eventually corrected, the lack of communication and poor attitude from management made this an extremely frustrating experience. Update: In reviewing our correspondence, I observed a pattern of dismissive behavior and an inability to engage with constructive criticism. This response not only hindered effective communication but also reflected poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. For reference, I have attached the email chain detailing our correspondence. I hope this feedback is taken into account to improve future interactions.

Keys On Main, Downtown SLC, is a fun, vibrant and talent filled dueling piano bar with a fully stocked bar and food all in a great atmosphere! Make reservations because these shows sell out! Great for groups or date night. The talent is unbelievable! Not only can they play the piano but they can sing and interact with the crowd. Pay a tip and hand it to a talent, and if the tip is enough, (the more the tip, the more likely they will play it. Special requests to highlight or embarrass the birthday person, bride or groom to be, or person of your choosing, just for fun! Word to the wise: if you are easily offended by risqué lyrics or just plain raunchy songs, this place may not be for you. They play EVERYTHING! This is a loud environment. I gave food 3 stars as I didn’t try any. Parking is about a block away in the Wells Fargo Center.

Such a fun experience! The pianist are so talented! They know just about any song you can think of. They sing and play beautifully! They engage with the crowd and you’ll be laughing and singing all night. How it works: You write song requests and place them on the piano. Typically if you give a cash tip, your song will be played first. If you don’t like the song, place a higher tip and they’ll stop the current song to play yours! It was so upbeat and the show becomes even more fun as the night continues! I highly suggest reserving a table on the website prior to the show($5/person). Otherwise, it’s open sitting after the show starts. Gets busy on a Saturday night. Bring cash! I only give 4 stars because the drinks and food aren’t anything special. Pregame and eat before coming. Definitely recommend for a fun, upbeat night!

Very unprofessional establishment. Erica was assigned to a our table of 20. 8:50PM I ordered a chicken pizza, paid $20 cash and had to ask 15 min later for my change of $10. Erica acted very put out and gave me attitude that I was asking for my $10 change. Pizza came out of the kitchen 9:20pm and they used canned chicken that was still cold in the center of the pizza. I asked for a new pizza and again Erica seemed put out that I asked. Friends had nachos come out at 9:45 that were cold through the entire thing, cheese was still refrigerated temp. No attempt at quality. I asked Erica for my money back for the pizza and I don’t want to wait any longer for them to make another one. I talked to Brandon the manager and he said he would take care of it. I explained the event with Erica and how unprofessional the situation turned out. He said he would take care of it. 10:15 rolls around and I’m still waiting for my cash return. I have to get Erica’s attention yet again to ask where my money was. She again is very put out and gives me attitude in front of the entire table. She asks if the manager Brandon has come over to give me the money, I said no he hasn’t. 4 min later I get a crumbled up $10 bill thrown on the table over my shoulder with no explanation. This establishment has gone down hill severely. Brandon did not seem concerned about the actions of his staff. As a business owner I don’t understand the arrogant nature in which Brandon gave us. They use plastic Lifetime folding tables with black linens to cover because they can’t seem to afford wood ones that match the rest of the establishment. Proceed...

Thought it would be cool with the "dueling pianos", but the vibe was a little off putting. Food wasn't very good, Yes I know plenty of bars that have great food, and the drinks seemed like they where all for a 21 year olds birthday party. Piano players where alright, felt like they where burnt out from doing this so much, they had one pianist who sounded great with a great voice she was awesome but the other 2 didn't seem all that interested in what they where doing. This bar seems to just want to be "part of the cool kids". Greeter at the door was very abrupt and for some strange reason was really passionate in letting us know that we did NOT have to wear a mask, I'm not big on that whole mask thing, where one or don't I don't care, but it was kinda weird, said he'd make fun of us if we wore one(Dude you make fun of your customers?). To be fair my wife was rummaging through her purse for her mask but we do it just as a courtesy to others, we quickly realized when we actually entered the building that no one else was wearing one, so his monologue was unnecessary. Waitress was nice and helped out great didn't seem like they where working at the same place. Could have been just a one off night, it was my first time there, but not going to be eager to return. Willing to give it another shot if I have some friend or someone who's wanting to go, but it's definitely not going to go on my list of bars I...

Good entertainment. I didn't catch the two guys playing piano, they were good at what they did, however the guy with long hair, man, not a fan. Don't like his voice and he tries to be funny but really isn't that funny. More annoying than anything else. The woman playing the piano, she was great , loved her.

Cons: food is horrendous. I ordered nachos, thinking you can't really mess up nachos but these were garbage. The beef in the Beef Nachos is that little round meat that you'll see on the $.69 Totinos pizzas. Just horrible.

We created a reservation at 6:11pm. When we got there, we were told we didn't have a reservation, because they set tables up at 6pm, and don't accept reservations after 6pm, however, their website let us set a reservation and we got a confirmation email with the reservation, but it didn't matter. We had to go on the wait list.

Entertainment was good, but beyond that, this place doesn't have much else going for it.

Edited to two stars because this company filters out negative reviews in their follow up emails. In other words if you give them a thumbs down 👎 in the follow up email they send you, they don't link you out to their review page here on Google, they send you to an internal form on their site so your feedback does not show up on Google but instead is just emailed to them. Besides being against Googles terms of service, this is a shady...
