I ordered a large order of food, paid the deliver guy 40 dollars with a nice tip. Turns out he only gave me half of my order, and I was missing 20$ worth of food. So I called the store very politely to ask for my other half of the order, and the lady was very rude and hung up on me. I called again, and she started screaming on the phone telling me not to call anymore and hung up. Then she started calling me from the store and harrassing me, being vulgar saying things like " how do you like getting **ing phone calls that you don't want to hear".

So I went in to the store, and asked for a manager because I just wanted the food that I had paid for. When I went in and asked politely to speak with a manager, the lady that was vulgar on the phone started screaming at me yelling for me to leave. I said I just want a refund for the food I never received. She then started screaming and called the police so I immediately left. I was kind, and professional with her. I never even used a negative tone or raised my voice, this woman has serious mental problems and should not be an employee at any establishment where she has to utilize cutomer service skills. This store legitimately stole money from me by not giving me food that I paid for.

I have never had such a horrible experience ordering food ever in my life, I was polite, and never vulgar. The lady working there named mona is insane. Mona started calling my phone and harrassing me. Decent pizza but horrible staff. I hope that I can get in contact with the owner so I can get my money back, and so he can have a talk with his manager.

I can't believe that happened. I emailed the owner and hope he talks with her, she should be fired after acting like that to a...

With a name like Sicilia Pizza, you would think ordering a square pizza would mean a Sicilian Pizza. At least that's what a square pizza means on the East Coast. Instead, a round pizza was delivered. When I called to see where my square pizza was, the young lady told me the driver cut it wrong. Should have been square cut pieces, not triangle cut slices. She asked me what I would like done. I responded I would like a square pizza. To which she replied, it's all the same dough, just how the toppings are layered under or on top of the cheese. So, if you expect a square pizza to be a thick, crispy, doughy Sicilian pizza here, it's not. It's just in how they cut it. Not bad pizza. Just not what I expected. Below is a picture of square Sicilian Pizza. Mangia!

In response to owner: I understand there are different shapes of pizza, plus I have been to Sicily and lived among Sicilians for many years. The original, authentic version from Sicily comes from Palermo and is called sfincione, which loosely translates as "thick sponge." My point is your website says "square pizza" which is what I ordered, not round pizza cut in square pieces. Please don't misunderstand, your pizza is delicious. Just the description needs to be...

2021 Update: January 17th will be my last order from this restaurant. The spaghetti was stale, cold and dry. The lasagna costs way too much for the small, chewy portion you receive. And the meatball sub was so burned that it's not edible. This place used to be my favorite. We even ordered 20 large pizzas for my friend's memorial fundraiser a few years back because we liked Sicilia so much. And the garlic knots were what kept me trying to give them chance after chance after that, but the rest of the meal should be as fresh- especially noodles. I definitely regret spending nearly $50 on old noodles and a burnt sandwich tonight. I hope the owner tries to make this right so I can feel comfortable coming back.

2019 This place can be really great, but honestly it's hit and miss. The only time I get excellent service is when the owner is there. Sicilia has my favorite dough but I always feel slightly ripped off by the lack of toppings and the sauce isn't always made the same way, which can make or break a pizza. They could be the best, but they don't bother to try hard enough...

As far as inexpensive and amazing pizza goes, Sicilia's Pizza & Kitchen takes the prize. I have heard of a lot of good pizza places in Utah, but this place blows them out of the water. Every person I have taken to this restaurant has loved it, including people from New York and Chicago. Definitely worth a try. They serve a variety of different kinds of New York style pizzas. The crust is crisp on the outside and fluffy and delicious on the inside. The crust of their pizzas is well seasoned and is not too doughy, but also not too thin. The flavors of the pizza also blend well together and leave you wanting for more. My favorites are the BQQ chicken, chicken parmesan, and spinach and tomato. They also offer a variety of sides and desserts as well. Their bread sticks are amazingly fluffy and their garlic knots are nothing like I've ever had before. They are crunchy on the outside but easily unravel and produce a burst of flavor on the inside. Their cannolis are incredibly well done and remind me of the ones I ate in Italy. Their tiramisu cake is also fantastic.

My girlfriend took me here after I told her that I hadn't been before. The service upon entering was very good. The pizza under the lamps didn't look super fresh, but it was only $3 a slice which is pretty good price. We ordered the New York Garlic pizza, a size large and ate 6/8 slices, and took the leftovers home. It was a good size but if we didn't want leftovers then the medium would have been perfect for 2 people. We each got a beer and our ticket with tip was under $30, which I consider to be a pretty good value. The pizza was delicious. Our pie had white sauce, white onion, diced tomatoes, broccoli, and lots of fresh garlic. It was amazing! I got a side of marinara to dip my crust in and that was a delicious addition. The crust almost reminded me of a pretzel. The crust was really good; thin but not too thin, moist but not doughy, crispy but not enough to scratch your mouth. All in all, I would definitely go here again and can't wait to try more of their pizzas!
