Great location and lots of foot traffic. These guys are in a prime spot. Ordering online is in no way, shape, or form a time saver. Working by City Creek is a great benefit but on busy days, it's hard to get and out of somewhere quick and get back to work and eat. I prefer to order online to pick up and bring back. I ordered breakfast to be ready by 8:15. It was just a simple egg sandwich with cheese. When I went to pick up, no one came to the "pick up" register at the south end of the counter, so I had to stand in line. By 8:27, I still didn't have food or my iced coffee. When I finally got my food, it was cold and I still had to wait for my coffee. There was no point in ordering online, because I got my items in the same time frame I would have if I hadn't ordered online, except my food may have been hot if I’d ordered in store. Incredibly disappointed in the sandwich as well. The egg was under-cooked and the whites of the egg were runny and I had to eat around it. I keep giving Kneaders tries after failing at other items, such as a Ruben. Never order that here - you get 3 SLIM pieces of corned beef and a ton of sauerkraut. It's not worth $9 in any way, shape, or form. If a Great Harvest were closer, I'd be going there. I'm giving up on Kneaders at this point and saving my time and money in City Creek.

I have been in to this location twice first time I ordered takeout and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because they’re clearly understaffed. However the training is lacking. I ordered the sandwich I’ve been ordering for the last 6 years both times. Which is the chicken cheese and ham on cibatta. Both times there was no veggies. The second time which was today was dine in. I got a sandwich that was burnt and for some reason cooked in the panini press. I asked if they could remake the sandwich, which they did. However when I got it, again it was cooked in the panini press. Leaving me with wilted lettuce that was bitter. I asked for a manager and was told “He left already” our visit was around 2pm/2:30pm. We ordered a total of four items and they were all wrong. The staff is kind and overall trying their best but no one has been trained. As a business leader/owner i see it as a disservice to the brand and your team to not spend the time and resources to properly train them.
