Sbarro City Creek — Restaurant in Salt Lake City

Lady at the counter was rude. When asked if she had any more pizza (as the counter was half way full), she stated that “that’s all we have” (in a rude way). As we were ordering, she was tossing the pizzas as if she did not want to take care of us. We were still in line waiting g to pay and decided to add something else to the order, asked “when you get a change, could you please add something else to my order” she laughed and rolled her eyes. She then said “I hate do you mean add to the order”? And I went to explain that we were still in line to pay and wanted something else to add to the order (as if she didn’t just give us some pizzas). She again said, “I don’t understand what do you mean” to what I responded “could you please give me an order of pasta?” To what she responded- there is no pasta, and I pointed to the one I wanted and she said, that is not pasta, that is ziti (same thing lady, it is still pasta). At this point I got annoyed. I just told her, to nevermind, I didn’t want anything else anymore. She went to the front and turned her back to talk to the person at the register and I tried to ignore her I overheard she saying to the man “just so that you know why I’m doing this and we are on the same page”.. whatever… she was so nice to the people behind us (that happened to be white)… and I just started grabbing our pizzas as we had paid already. As I reached for the last plate, she grabbed it and did not let me have it until I pulled harder. She made our experience so bad. This was so unnecessary. If she doesn’t like to deal with people, she should not be working here. Our food was cold and the whole experience was just so horrible....

I came here to eat with my family from out of state. We were in line and this interesting woman with red hair comes in bossing others around as if she were the one in charge. My mom asked if she had more mushroom pizzas because there was one piece left and the lady responded "That's all there is" it wasn't what she said that ticked me off, but her attitude with it was very rude. Later on, as we were waiting to pay, my aunt wanted to add an additional side of pasta. My aunt went to ask her if she could add a side to our order and the woman immediately starts giving her attitude; "Well what do you want to add? Another pizza, what?" Again, with attitude. My aunt points at the pasta telling her that she would like to add a side of pasta the lady looks at her and tells her "We're out of stock" She didn't even bat an eye at the food in front of her. "My aunt is pointing at the pasta, telling her that she would like the pasta. The lady glances at it, places her hand on her waist and says "That's not pasta" my aunt is just asking to take some, again "No, that's not pasta. That's Zitti." Wanted me to wait 30 min to buy a pizza. Here's a satirical script of the interaction:

Me: Hello sir, I see you have a lot of pizza there. I would like to buy a whole one.

Employee: You will have to wait 30 mins. because instead of trying to sell my inventory, I rather wait to see how few people are going to come thru my line to buy individual slices. So I rather make you wait until the lunch hour is over and then I'll sell you a pizza.

Me: So what you're saying is if I would have stated my order saying I would like to buy 8 individual slices you would have sold me pizza right away but because I said I wanted a whole pizza, you're going to make me wait 30 mins.

Employee: Correct.

Me: 30 mins is unacceptable, most pizza deliveries advertised service times less than that and they have to drive to you. Lucky for me Chick fil e is across the court and I can have food in less than 5 min....
