I've been coming to this place for a few years. It started out exceptional, but the past few years, things have been falling short. Customer service is nonexistent. Employees seem to want to rush everyone through the line, as if they had better things to do. Myself, never had to specific way of ordering my sandwich, but it seems as if they want to give everyone the exact same thing( no custom orders). Since I began coming, I've seen employees come and go, and things went on, but these new employees do not take the extra effort to make a customer happy.    Read moreWith the severe amount of cross contamination that goes on here, (or at least from what I've seen), I'm surprised the owner of this eatery is still allowed to continue serving the consumers of North Star Mall. Most of the employees were unfriendly, and worse, carelessly handled the meats. Beef was dropped onto chicken and the consumer of the chicken sub commented on the taste of beef, which they don't like, and opted to throw it away. My cooked beef was dropped on the counter.
