Southwest Elixirs is an emerging San Antonio staple. Madison and Santiago are kind and caring individuals who not only own the business but run the day-to-day operations. They make the most delicious cold pressed juices using primarily locally sourced, organic ingredients. They also make plant-based mylks (Golden, Vanilla, Chocolate, and Strawberry) that taste great on their own or mixed with coffee. My current favorite is the Sun Hands, which is a blend of carrot, pineapple, ginger, lemon, turmeric, and black pepper. We love Southwest Elixers and swung by this past Friday shortly before they were scheduled to close. Unfortunately as we were walking up, they were actually closing a bit early to head off to a private event. We were bummed but understood and went over to a shop next door. A few minutes later, one of the workers found us over in the other shop, apologized that they had closed early and delivered two FREE juices to us! What AMAZING customer service!
