Seaside Pizza Co. — Restaurant in San Diego

In addition to my husbands review…Seaside Pizza is wicked delicious ! Fresh, top quality, locally sourced ingredients. Friendly customer service, clean restrooms, which I believe tells me the kitchen has to be clean too. The pizza was made with fresh homemade, hand tossed dough.. cooked to perfection with just the right amount of toppings. I’m full blooded Sicilian so believe me if I say the pizza is out of this world ..you know you’re in for a treat coming to Seaside Pizza. Sold by the slice or whole pie, they offer a cauliflower crust and a take and bake pie too. They also have fresh salads, and the homemade ranch dressing, was delicious, and I don’t like ranch dressing, but I did at Seaside Pizza. Also! the homemade cookie !!! Grandma’s recipe…flipping delicious..they will heat it up for ya too. Oh, did I mention the cookie dough can also be purchased so you can bake it fresh with your pizza ?!! Or just in the mood for a fresh baked cookie. Don’t hesitate…make sure you add Seaside Pizza your go to place… you won’t be disappointed. You...

We were visiting San Diego and wanted to go to our usual pizza place but unfortunately it wasn’t open. Maybe due to the shutdowns. Anyway, we came upon Seaside Pizza Co. and met one of the owners, Matt. We chatted awhile about business and looked over the menu. So, the next night we decided to try it. I’m so glad we did. The pizza was great and interestingly it was similar to our old favorite. The pizza has a thin crust with a sorta of crispness to it and the sauce was sweet and tangy. There was lots of cheese and pepperoni to top it off. I’ve never left a review before but I’m hoping people will read this and give Seaside a try. I’m sure you’ll enjoy it as much as we did! We will definitely go back again when we visit San Diego this summer with our family. I’m sure our grandkids will like it too! Pizza is their favorite....

I was incredibly pleased with the pizza that came from Seaside Pizza Co. I have tried most of the pizza places in Pacific Beach and this place is a keeper. I will be adding this place to my lists of restaurants I frequent.

What I ordered: I ordered a hot* 14-inch margarita pizza w/no slices of tomato. You can buy slices or whole pizzas.

*Hot means they cooked the pizza at their restaurant; there is also a take-and-bake option for whole pizzas. It is a nice touch since you can always bake the pizza fresh in your oven if you live far away!

Taste: The blending of the cheeses, tomato sauce, basil, and crust was exceptional. It left my taste buds wanting more.

Style: I would call this is a "NY" style pizza place.
