Society PB — Restaurant in San Diego

So I went there with a friend to play some pool and drink some beer. Before getting a pool table the waitress took my DL and a debit card. When we were done I paid for the pool and drinks cash+ tips. Next day I've discovered that they still charged my debit card. Okay, calling... explaining the situation to some person, they get my contact information and promise, that the manager will call me back tomorrow. And the next day I receive a call from the manager. Explaining the issue again....Then spent like 20 minutes on the phone to tell them all my information (first name, last name, debit card info). They have promised to refund. And guess what? Next day they charge me again for the same amount lol. Calling again. The manager isn't on site. Some person took a message,within two days after nobody called me back. Calling again!!!! Another manager says that Jeff isn't there today, so I should call tomorrow (really?again?) She told me it's too late(10pm) to research it(but it's never late to charge me, right???) I have tried to solve the problem, but it's too hard. Now I'll have to explain everything to the bank teller. UPDATED- nobody has ever called me back! I'll tell all my friends to...

I'm a regular here for all the right reasons. Good taps, especially for a pool hall! All the ABVs up on the screen, good IPAs that rotate seasonally, clean keg lines, no flatties and if there are they fix it fast! The new renovations they did feel like they doubled the size of the place and the new bar is nice with tons of space. The seating is arguably the best casual patio seating on all of Garnet Ave, always having some seats and tables available outside with actual chairs and a fenced in area that you can enjoy some drinks and some smokes and chill out people-watching in the heart of PB. This is better seating than Tap Room, Cabo, PB Cantina, the only other spots without outside seating on Garnet to enjoy this town's ridiculously nice weather. They have an all new kitchen opening soon so look out for that coming but until then on Tuesdays they have pretty much the best taco deal in town, fresh grilled street tacos 2 for $2. Yeah. And, they're good. Best part to me is the pool hall and games are awesome and scare away the crowds, so on most days it's never too crowded in here. 5 minutes before close they wouldn't let me walk in to use the men's restroom that I made it clear I had to use. I was NOT obviously drunk, nowhere near obnoxious by the most conservative means but had about 5 low percentage beers in me from other bars. It was not because it was past ordering time but because it was past "bathroom time" according to the "bouncer". Grandpa with a white mustache (bouncer) stopped my walk to the bathroom even after I said he could walk me there and back to the front door. Food and drink have not been rated but will be at a later date. Likely the same date that grandpa is working, to see how he is when getting off on time is less of an issue. Very low expectations compared to the other HUNDREDS of bars in PB. White mustached bouncer has lost at least my group and probably MANY more based on my recommendations of NOT going there.
