Great place, great vibes, and awesome staff. This was my first time at Storyhouse Spirits and it's small intimate space welcomes you right away. The upper level was reserved for a friend's private engagement party. Nice spacious room overlooking the distillery. Such a great space, in my opinion. The drinks were refreshing and the food was really really tasty, although beef sliders were abit on the dry side someone mentioned, The second batch of beef sliders didn't disappoint. I was also told...the vegan sliders were my choice and very good. I had 5 ! Aside from three choices of sliders, there was pizza hot from the pizza oven on the first floor. Great experience, this little hidden jem at the corner of 13th and J Street.

Definitely will be the newest neighborhood East Village bar/distillery/restaurant! Two stories of absolute amazingness! The owners, staff, atmosphere could not be friendlier more welcoming and incredible. They distill their own whiskey, vodka and gin which tastes so good/delicious! Everything we have tried on the menu could not be fresher and better and the cocktail menu is amazing. Even the merchandise is a must wear! Thank you Storyhouse for coming back to East Village, we missed you and you opened better than ever! This place is a must must visit, whether you live in the neighborhood, county or just visiting for a few days. You will not be disappointed! “Everyone has a story to tell!”

Came on a Sat at 8pm, not busy at all. Very cool vibes, open wall concept, trendy inside. Food wise, the carnitas animal fries and onion rings were not exactly something I would get again. The serving was huge, so share it with more than 2 people. The fries were the thick and not crispy at all. Taste wise it was good. The onion rings did not look like they had been advertised so just be wary. Maybe we just got a bad batch of the breading. The upside, the bartender was great! The Story house Tequila drink was really good, pineapple infused. So I'll come again for drinks and try the other food!

Storyhouse Spirits is a vibrant and lively spot that guarantees a great time. From the moment I stepped in, I was immersed in the energetic atmosphere and the pulsating beats of the good music playing in the background.

During my visit, a party bus filled with an enthusiastic bachelorette group arrived, adding to the festive spirit. They hopped out, ordered drinks, and the celebration kicked off. It was a delightful sight to witness everyone having a blast and enjoying themselves.

One of the standout aspects of Storyhouse Spirits is its dog-friendly policy. As a dog lover, it warmed my heart to see owners happily sharing the experience with their furry companions. The establishment's commitment to welcoming dogs added an extra layer of charm and made it a truly inclusive space.

As for the drinks, I initially ventured into new territory with the Espresso Martini, a concoction blending seaside vodka, mr. black coffee liqueur, cinnamon, and licor 43 cream. While it wasn't personally my cup of tea, it showcased the creative mixology on offer.

However, my taste buds soon yearned for my go-to choice, the classic Whiskey Sour. Although not listed on the menu, the bartenders were more than willing to whip up this beloved cocktail, which never fails to hit the spot.

To accompany the libations, I couldn't resist indulging in the Roasted Garlic Parmesan Fries. The crispy fries, generously seasoned with roasted garlic and sprinkled with savory Parmesan cheese, were a delicious treat that perfectly complemented the lively atmosphere.

Throughout my visit, the attentive and friendly staff ensured that the party vibe never waned. It was evident that the establishment prioritized creating a fun and enjoyable experience for...

My partner and I hosted our Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Party in the private loft at Storyhouse Spirits. Right from the start, Mike went above and beyond to work with us to create a custom menu and drink selection. We were originally concerned that they only served bar bites but Mike and his Chef crafted a delicious course of passed appetizers and plated meals better than you can find in most high-end restaurants. It was clear they use quality ingredients and blended flavors expertly. The waitstaff was also very attentive and made sure every guest had a drink in hand and food was readily available. After dinner, we invited many of our wedding guests to join us for a drink and the loft was the perfect space for people to mingle and enjoy each other's company while drinking delicious homemade spirits. We were impressed with every aspect of the restaurant and staff. We couldn’t have picked a better spot for a private event. We will definitely be stopping by Storyhouse Spirits for a drink or a bite anytime we’re...

We used the upper mezzanine area at Storyhouse Spirits to host an after-hours event for customers during a conference in town, and it was a huge success! The venue was absolutely perfect for our needs, and Mike R., the event coordinator, was so great to work with. He provided lots of details in advance about our options for food/drinks and everything went off without a hitch the day of. The food was amazing (we ended up having to order double of everything because it was such a hit!) and the bartenders were quick to make drinks (which by the way, the drink menu here was awesome. Something for everyone!) I would absolutely recommend this venue for anyone looking to host a private event, or even just to stop in and grab a drink and bite to eat. Thanks to everyone involved in making our event...
