Can't think of a better way to spend a beautiful sunny day in San Francisco!

I met up with some friends here on a gorgeous Sunday afternoon. The view of the bay was amazing. We brought our picnic blanket and set up near the DJ. I love that there is plenty of parking, which is hard to come by in the city. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out. It is family friendly and dog friendly.

There are plenty of food truck options and the best part is that there is a bar! We brought some of our own drinks but I also enjoyed the Bloody Mary and Moscow Mule...

Incredible spot to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon.

The spots closer to the food trucks get filled in quickly but there's always a good spot to lay down your mat, take in the sights of the pacific and the golden gate bridge and enjoy lunch from one of the more than 20 food trucks that are lined up. It's not lacking in terms of cuisine choice, however the lines can get real long.

Bacon Bacon, el porteno, Nopalito, Dum are a few of my favorites.

Amazing food truck event that draws huge crowds. Plenty of food, fun and sun. The big lawn accommodates a lot of people so it's never too crazy by city standard. Excellent spot for a family picnic. The parking can be difficult but not impossible. A lot of people coming and going so spots open...
