The Blue Light — Restaurant in San Francisco

I was a patron on 8/14- there were 5 incidents of stolen items within the bar, 3 of which were individuals whom I came with. 4 phones and 1 wallet were taken from individuals purses and pockets. In one of these instances, a bouncer was nearby and was hailed to help retrieve the stolen property from the individuals whom were becoming aggressive. The bouncer was unwilling to be of any help, and brushed off the situation by stating "talk to the bartender". I was there for the entire situation and I was the designated driver so there was no confusion. It was oddly suspicious that the bouncer was unwilling to help their patrons.

Individuals with property stolen went outside of the bar, in hopes of the bouncers would help them acquire the stolen property. A fight broke out outside when the individuals suspected of theft (whom were identified by all parties unanimously with property stolen) came outside and became aggressive towards the accusations.

Please note, The Blue Light does not care about you or your property. Protecting your property is at the discretion of the patron, but the safety of its patrons should lie with the establishment. In this instance for 5 individuals, that was...

Phone got stolen here. Called twice to see if anything turned up, and two different employees were very rude and had a "don't care" attitude. Didn't try to help me at all, neither did they take my information down in case it turned up or someone turned it in since I have an iPhone X and I did report the phone stolen to Apple and the person who stole it won't really be able to do anything with it.
