This place actually deserves negative stars if i could give it. Made an order for delivery almost 3 hours after it was supposed to be delivered we called to see where our excepted order was and it was “never delivered because they didn’t have time.” Then asked for a refund, would i have never placed the order to begin with if we could t get it delivered and “i was told to call back when a owner is available the next week”

Proceed to call back the next day and speak to a manager for a refund and i was told i was bullying and never received my refund. Attach is a photo of my receipt for reference. My business usually orders from them 1-4x a week after the is experience i will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!!! As a business owner in downtown Slo i would NEVER treat an unsatisfactory experience in my business to a client like this!

Would highly recommend higher st deli or Lincoln deli. Such better quality and service and will never get treated with such poor customer service!

Hi Curtis! Thank you for responding that is much appreciated. However at this point the lack of customer service training was clearly displayed with how your staff dealt with the issue. This could have been an easy resolve in a calm and professional manner with upstanding customer service. Also NO WHERE on my receipt does it say take out not Delivery.otherwise this order would of never been placed in the first place. Once again could have resolved easily with a display of appropriate, kind, and clear customer service. Also for future i would recommend have a clear and structured way to deal with a mistake rather then back and forth ending with calling a...

Went in for a second visit after previous review. This time I tried the Mr. Pickle sandwich, and it hit the spot! Delicious sandwich -- warm, cheesy, flavorful, and fresh soft sourdough bread.

The highlight was excellent service -- friendly and attentive staff.

The atmosphere was alright, but the music was pretty loud and rave/edm style -- too many bpm for a relaxed environment. I'd recommend music that has a wider appeal.

Re the food: I ordered the veggie pestoli (pestolini?). This is a veggie sandwich with pesto aioli. There was very little pesto aioli on the sandwich, so little I could not taste it at all. The veggies were fresh, but the sandwich had only 2-3 slices of pepperoncinis. More would have added flavor, which was desperately lacking from the sandwich.

My friend had the CJ pastrami sandwich. Would not recommend. The amount of pastrami on the sandwich was so small, maybe 1-2 slices of pastrami. Bread to meat ratio was probably 10:1. My friend didn't finish the sandwich. We both had our sandwiches on Dutch crunch. Yes, this bread is crunchy, but honestly, it tasted stale. They keep the bread in wire baskets on the wall, not in bread boxes, which probably causes...

Favorite sandwich shop Ever! Super yummy! I will always rate this shop a 5 star...today was the 1st time i wasn't 100% happy with my order though. The woman who took my order clearly was not paying attention to any of my answers to her questions. I ordered my sando on sourdough and asked for no tomatoes. I thought it was simple i try not to be picky. Get home it was on dutch crunch bread which i love but have had to have soft bread due to some dental work i got done, had tomatoes (no biggie at all i picked it off just hate wasting food), and last no bacon (friggn sad face).I mean how do you forget the bacon when it comes with it! Im not mad at all hangry yes...bread was too hard and i couldn't eat it. I get it we have those off days and this wont change me from eating here but im definitely going to watch...
