I know at least two people know how to make amazing coffee here but today - decided for yourself. Very disappointing

To reply to your request for more details: I enjoy your coffee place quite often but today I stopped by for a cappuccino, which is a treat for me if I have it. A young lady rushed through it, even though there were no people waiting, I was the only customer. When I saw the cappuccino l, I asked what happened to the regular design and whether she doesn’t do it. She said sometimes it’s hard. I was there and I saw she didn’t even try. She steamed the milk and just flopped it on top without tapping the steamer or getting rid of extra foam, or try to pour it with care. I treat myself to a cup of coffee at a coffee shop to enjoy the flavor and the art of it, otherwise I have amazing coffee at home that I can have any time. Thank you for reaching out to ask for more details. I shouldn’t have left and should have shared all my...

Prices are fair, service is friendly, coffee decent despite the large latte being a tad watery. But I hate places that don’t let you add your own sugar. In the name of uber-environmentalism this place has banished individual packets despite the fact you could make 200 packets out of the box they’re using instead. In the end they don’t stir the sugar enough and the last third of the coffee I bought goes in the trash for being too sweet. Now they waste more paper and also my money. I’m all for caring for the environment but if you want to take it that far, don’t drink -or sell- coffee. Be consistent and stick with water… no need to process and pack and ship coffee, sugar, and cream using fossil fuels, right? THAT’s the way to save the world. So, can you at least put out a glass container of self-serve sugar so we can add the right amount...

I walked in expecting so much more. I had to pry a hello out of the only worker there. I wanted a small sample of the brewed coffee and she was so put off by my request. I told her that i expected more from a Savanah establishment. I promptly left!! You need a worker with a little care. Sorry I won't be back!! I asked for a sample to see if it would be strong enough for me, not a whole cup dude! I see the rudeness of the worker tricles down from above. Her rudeness started as soon as I walked in the door. Obviously you didn't read my original post. Or if I wasn't clear enough maybe you should have asked questions or maybe even apologized. As you can see I leave lots of reviews. As you said "you will stick by your employee". POOR...

Stopped by during a quick trip to the historic district. As my husband and I began to walk away from Cup to Cup we kept saying, “Wow. This espresso is really good. I can’t believe how good it is.” Since we weren’t there long enough for another cup (sadly), I went back before closing and bought a bag of their espresso beans! 🤣 One cup truly leads to another here! (Also, our little guy LOVED his apple fritter!)

I spent a day trip in Savannah from Florida. I’m normally a (basic lol) sweet iced coffee or frappe drinker. I decided to try something different and get their hot toasted marshmallow latte. I LOVED it. I’ve never had something so creamy, and it was the perfect amount of sweet. It was so good that I had to come back a few hours later to get another one for the road lol. Would definitely recommend this place!
