This is a neat place inside the Savannah Historical District within walking distance of numerous attractions and nice dining experiences. The city trolley tour comes right down the street and you can join them there. Parking is easy once you figure it out. You have to pay to park on the street during the day but you can pay and extend time through a simple City of Savannah Parking App you can download and manage your parking from anywhere on your smartphone. Just watch the signs for overnight parking as one night a week they sweep the streets and you can only park on one side. You just have to keep track and park on the opposite side of the street for that one night. It is located in a safe residential area across the street from a Savannah Fire Department. The areas you may want to visit at night that may be too far to walk are only a short Uber or Lyft ride away. The accommodations are good, clean, and in a historical building.
