One-star for bad service. I wanted to make Easter baskets for my kids since we're away from home and I didn't want to go out of my way going to a Target, etc. It was almost closing time and the place was fairly empty but the young girls did not seem interested in helping me. I was told they could not do multiple small bags of candy for me, that they only have one bag size and it was bigger than I needed. I'm not sure why they couldn't be creative and come up with a way to bag/package multiple small amounts of candy for me. I finally decided complete baskets were too much for them and said I would just look around. When I was ready to place my order I stood directly in front of two employees for a long period of time before having to interrupt their conversation and request help. The chocolate pralines are amazing and the caramel apples are big. But our experience was not awesome for a few reasons. 1. They only sell plain rice krispies in prepackaged bags with no date, and ours had gone bad. I understand the plain krispies must not sell much compared to the chocolate dipped, but they should keep a few fresh ones aside. 2. The young woman who helped me was super nice, but she forgot to put my pound of pralines in my bag. Luckily I checked as I was leaving and went back for them. 3. The same woman also didn't listen to the kind of caramel apple I wanted, and most unfortunately I did not check what kind was in the box resulting in me having an apple without nuts and only half covered in caramel because the other half glued itself to the box. I visited this store Wednesday Dec. 6th 2017, my distaste wasn't the lack of quality of merchandise. It was the lack of cooperation for the buyer, I wanted to ship the miscellaneous individual candies. That you put into sacks with twist ties, some of that candy you don't see being sold in stores these days. But the Manager refused to ship that candy with 2 boxes of pralines as requested. He said it was against corporation policy. I wanted to buy numerous packages of individual items, I was willing to spend some serious CASH mind you & pay what ever I had to. To have that box shipped, unfortunately I was only able to ship Pralines. I WON'T EVER do business with this company NO matter how good those Pralines are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
