Went into your store as I always do when I come to the market. Today being Black Friday I expected to see some kind of a deal. Well lo and behold I checked out with three cookies and a small tiny cookie for my two pound chihuahua and they told me $37. I said excuse me I come in here all the time and he says we raise the price today. Nice thing to do to your loyal customers especially on Black Friday. You think you're 50% signs constitute you raising the prices on your cookies? I am a very loyal customer I have four dogs and I come in here all the time. Today was my last visit! Also I live in Pooler and visit that store ALOT. so...

I visit Savannah often. And this is one of my stops in marketplace. The girls in there are very nice and always in a good mood.. my last visit there was a guy there he never spoke and when I asked if they had a leash for small dogs he simply said whatever is over there's is what we got he never look up and never asked if he could help me with anything else.. I brought treats and he just took my card,punched in the number gave it back with a receipt. All while never looking at me and never said thank u for shopping with us. Put him in the back and bring the girls back out...

We are frequent customers to this City Market location and have enjoyed our visits to this store. Kim is always so cheerful and helpful and has often guided us on new things to try for our fur babies. Her love of animals is evident. Today Kim told us she will be leaving next week tor a new opportunity. In this economy I can understand that, but selfishly we will never be able to replace her. Good luck Kim on your future journey.
