I strolled into this store, apparently on a Sunday and honestly didn't realize the store was closing in 15 minutes at 6pm. None of the staff mentioned it, and it was an honest case of ignorance. I took my time and looked around the store without realizing they were closed. I was interested in a dress and asked an employee about the price bc there wasn't one. During the time she was looking for a price, another employee came over and aggressively told us the store had been closed for 15 minutes and we needed to make our final selections. I was honestly surprised and had no idea the store was closed, because again, no one told us. When the employee who was doing a price check came back, I apologized and she was very kind and told us not to worry about it. They took so long trying to find a price for the dress I finally suggested that they hold it for me and give me a call in the morning with a price so my bf could come back the next day to purchase it for me as I was flying out of state. They never called me with a price. Pretty rude and unnecessary with the...
Read moreOkay. So those place is Anthropologie. My wife loves the place and I typically follow five feet behind her as she bobs and weaves through the racks and displays. I like to make eye contact with the other husbands and boyfriends who are following their significant others in the same way. Anyway, my wife always makes her way around the store saying things like "ooo look at this" or "oh I like that". So the stuff is cute and fun but she ends up getting a couple candles. The place always smells good and the staff seems friendly enough. Going here and tagging along as an awkward shadow is humbling but makes...

I have been a customer since 2002 of this store and was so excited when they opened up in SAV.
I went there monthly and also purchased online. I am on special event lists which actially included an in-store yoga session.
However, today I was bummed out. I went in the store post yoga and one of their team members basically followed me through the store. Highly annoying, esp. when you consider what a pain in the you-know-what it is to park downtown. I know I was not sporting a super cute outfit but was starting to think of Anthro as more of a lifestyle store since they started carrying yoga gear (heck, they had invited me to do yoga there). Overall disappointed and hope they will encourage...
