This establishment is the absolute embodiment of customer service and human compassion at its peak. When me and my lover walked in, we were immediately greeted with a enthusiastic attitude from Monique. Enthusiasm that’s stems from not only the love of her job and hospitality from customers, but the feeling of knowing that every ounce of her love goes into every pizza she makes as it nourishes each customer that leaves w a box of delicious cheesy pizza. But I thought it ended there. I was sorely mistaken. Because as we were waiting for our order, a pregnant lady walked in. And I’m not talking about a “small bump”, I mean this lady was about to absolutely burst any second. And sure enough, she did. Monique was in the middle of making a Buffalo Chicken Pizza, when a blood curdling “IM GOING INTO LABOR”. We all look, and sure enough, she was. her water broke all over the floor. and I watched Monique drop everything she’s doing to quite literally, and I swear on my life that this happened, to DOUBLE BACKFLIP over the front counter to instantly provide medical aid to deliver this woman’s baby. And I thought the out standing customer service stopped there, but it didn’t, because during the peak of the delivery of this woman’s baby, with Monique at the helm, the entire team of the Savannah Banana’s comes in and orders a large Meat Lovers Pizza…. Every. Single. Member. As Monique is single handedly bringing life into this world, she is, AT THE SAME TIME, putting in orders with a smile on her face, dishing out change, because they all paid in cash in separate orders, AND SIMULTANEOUSLY pulling pizza’s out the oven, while delivering this baby. My god, the customer service here is unrivalled. God speed, Monique. The pizza was...
Read moreI called a placed an order at 5:20. The ETA given was 6:50. I received a confirmation via email that ended Thanks for your order Stoners Pizza Joint Downtown. At 7:15 I called the downtown location. I was then told that my order was never received and it could've went to another store. The young female was very rude. I asked to speak with a manager. Conveniently there wasn't one on duty. The rude female (whose name was supposedly Kei) offered to make the order and have it delivered. I politely declined. She then asked, "So cancel the order?" How can you cancel something that supposedly was never received? I asked how do I go about getting a refund being my card was already debited. She said it'll automatically go back onto my card. Me wanting to know how their system works. I called the midtown location. The manager there was awesome. She tracked my order down. Stated it was cancelled at 7:18. 3 min after speaking with someone at the downtown area. Ashanti the manager at the Midtown location waa very apologetic. She made my order and delivered it to me personally when Ashanti delivered my pizza I discovered she was actually off and heading home. Her home was in the opposite direction of mine. Ashanti manager of the midtown location displayed excellent customer service. Believe it or not. Customers prefer quality service verses quality product. Yes, stoners is delicious but if your employees have poor customer service skills your business could suffer. So from now on I'll drive the distance to eat at the...
Read moreMy family and I came into Stoners as a recommendation from the trolley tour we were on. We were excited for the 2 slice deal. Well, I wish we hadn't come here. I decided to go with a small pizza because the slices looked like they were sitting A LOT longer than they should have been.
The girl at the front counter was exceptionally rude.
We were reading the menu and instead of eating walking around us she yelled excuse me and barreled through.
My family and I weren't sure what we wanted and the girl kept rolling her eyes at my family because apparently she thought we were taking too long, but there was no one else waiting to order.
Literally, your shop was empty and now I see why.
When my wife got a drink the machine was out of ice, my niece asked if they happened to have any in the back and instead of responding the girl started throwing pans around.
My wife asked again and the woman rudely said ,"Like I already told her, I'll have it out in a minute" never did she say she would have it out in a minute. But then again she was mumbling under her breath half the time she was talking to us, so if she did we definitely didn't hear her.
My wife went with the 2 slice meal and confirmed exactly what I thought. The slices has definitely been sitting under the heat lamps for a long time. Worst pizza they have had. The fresh one was not bad, only complaint I would have is that the need to spread out the toppings and cheeses a bit better, but that is completely manageable.
Won't...
