Wendy's — Restaurant in Savannah

It is now 1:47pm on a Saturday. I arrived and placed my order at 1:16pm. Now Its already cloudy and rainy is a possibility. But taking all that into consideration I came prepared to wait if need be. That to me is the one customer you don't want t to irritate. And I'm not so much irritated as I am ashamed of our people. I ordered the food I needed and CLEARLY explained to the Cashier Jamari that I wanted Fresh dropped Fries cuz I had a little travel to get home and I wanted the food to be hot. And then said "I don't mind waiting. I did not try and pull the Old I want fries without salt I simply stated I wanted Fresh Fries and I did not mind waiting; they still preceded to give me already cooked fries. Although I KNOW I saw " THE MANAGER" pull up a fresh batch. I said tonThe cashier,..... This fries are not Fresh out. I said I don't mind waiting cu I have to travel to get home.... So now they want to give me the fries that they should have given me first which have not sat around and are no longer HOT 🔥. I Had the time to wait hence forth I have time to do this as well. You see the fact that this cashier kept on trying to bait me when I called him on his BS... "Excuse me Ma'am " "Huh" I said it was fine I am alright. Taking my time 5o address this here is more productive. I'm all about productivity. But the era is not his alone simply because his "Manager" was right there. If he wasn't clear she sure have been. But either way one poor visit will not deter me from WENDY'S Cuz I don't even CHEW on the backs of Animals. I was only there to get some food for someone else. I decided to get me some fries as well but I wanted mine FRESH OUT the oil cuz I don't eat and drive I wanted my food to be hot upon arrival to home.... It wasn't so The Dog enjoyed them.....

U can tell by the ratings lately that there is no management or care at this location. It used to be my favorite, so I still go there about once a week but its always a disappointment...however its closest to me, but never again. I found out why people say the site and wait to order for a ridiculous amount of time. I waited in line. A person in front of me finally ordered. I pulled forward. Wait. Wait. Wait. Here the microphone making noise. Wait..wait..then as I have my window open i hear voices. I look straight ahead near their trashcan and see FOUR Wendys employees sitting near the bushes in the dark!!! They were.sitting there watching me at their menu waiting for 10 mins and then finally decided to get up. One of them was a female with the headset in her hand!!! There was another female and 2 males. They all slowly started walking back inside. Then, i decided I was definitely leaving. I slowly drove around and saw the SUV that ordered in front of me sitting at the pay window with no one there. I have been to this location about a week prior and waited, waited, got frustrated and drove forward to see the guy at the pay window leaned up against the wall on his cell phone and never spoke on the headset while I was waiting forever. They obviously have no care in the world about working or losing customers!!! The dont deserve to have jobs, but they obviously dont want...

I was disappointed in my service from the time I began placing my order via the drive thru till obtaining my food order. The young lady constantly rushed through the order via the drive thru by asking "anything else, anything else, anything else" repeatedly after I called out each item for the order. After paying at the 1st window, we waited 10-12 minutes for the car in front of ours order to be completed. When we arrived at the 2nd window, it took 20 minutes to obtain 2 salads, order of fries, 1 lemonade, and 6 piece nuggets. During the wait at the window, no one explained why the order was taking so long, but there were about 5-6 associates just standing around chatting with each other, occasionally looking our way but with no purpose. As I listened to the chatter, they talked about their day, teased each other casually, nonchalantly talked about the orders to be filled. When I finally got someone's attention, one young lady stated she was waiting on chicken for the salads. I asked for a refund, then suddenly the chicken and salads were available and ready. No one apologized for the delays or offered any consideration for the length of time it took to fill any orders with that many associates in the establishment. I won't visit this Wendy's location again when...
