Since their online survey would not take over 1200 characters, I am forced to post the entire event here..for all to see. Heed my advice, stay away from this location. Go to the one on Montgomery Crossroads near Truman Parkway.
I am sorry. I know my comments sound brutal, but it was a very disappointing visit. 30 minutes I waited, and not one item was warm...except maybe the Sprite that they gave me when I placed the order. Since no one can self serve beverages because it is "broken".
I don't know if you are a franchise or company owned store, but I will tell you -- without even looking at your P&L statement -- this store is broken.
PREVIOUS VISIT To be fair, I would generally rate this location a 4. Today, however, overshadows most of my previous visits. I have never encountered a rude employee, so that is good. Let me lists today's offenses:

Get to the drive thru to order and the guy immediately says “we’re out of fries but can substitute for chips instead is that okay” (how you run out of french fries at a place famous for its chicken and fries I do not know). I order a boneless wings and things in sweet and spicy and I know they heard me correctly bc it was correct on receipt. Get to the window and the guy just has his hand out for my card, doesn’t say anything. hands it back with my drink and comes back a second later with my food and says that they ran out of the bigger boxes that they put bigger meals in so they had to use a small box. I open my box and all of my food is mixed together and piled on top. and to top it all off they gave me the wrong food - they gave me traditional wings instead of boneless and had them dipped in probably their hottest sauce because i could smell it as soon as he put it out the drive thru window. the only part of my meal I consumed was my sweet tea. Read moreThe cashier accidentally gave my online order to someone else. Honestly, that's okay; mistakes happen. I get it; we've all been there. What's not okay is that I had to wait an additional 40 minutes, for a total of 50 minutes, with a 7-year-old child for my food to be remade for a to-go mobile order. When who I presume was the manager came out to ask me what happened, he made it sound like it was my fault because I missed my name being called. One, my name was never called. As soon as I entered the establishment, I told the cashier my name; she saw my order and just had to make my drinks.
I feel as though this restaurant did everything possible not only to avoid making the incident right but also to drag it out as painfully long as possible. I didn't want a refund; I literally just wanted my food remade, and I didn't give them any trouble about it, but they didn't even prioritize my order.
In the end, they didn't even get my order right. They provided the wrong sauce—ranch when I asked for Zax sauce—and miscounted the tenders in the snack pack for my son.
