My wife, daughter, and I went, it's attached to funland , an arcade, with bumper cars, etc. You can't take a beer in the arcade part. I left my beer on the counter and asked a guy who worked that station to keep an eye on it for a minute. He said, 'sure'. Returned 5min later to see it gone. An employee saw me looking for it, nonplussed, and asked if I needed anything. I told him what happened, and immediately, I had a fresh, full, IPA pint in front if me. No hassle at all. Very great staff. Also, pizza there us phenomenal. Check their menu. We got pesto chicken. Pesto sauce, chicken, artichoke hearts, feta cheese, roasted garlic, maybe something else. Was excellent. Toppings were piled thick. It was a half and half pizza, half was taco pizza for my daughter. It was good. But, for some reason, half the toppings were omitted. (The lettuce, olive, tomato, and tortilla chips). I mentioned it to my daughter, who's 8 (and precocious), and she mentioned it to the cook. Cook took our pizza and added all toppings, with a good attitude. Good staff, great food. Try it. I wish it existed in my home state. I thought price was good. 15$ for a small, which was more than enough for 2 adults and 8yr old girl (who, admittedly, eats like a bird). Items BESIDES pizza seemed a bit priced to me. Nachos 13$, for example. Breadsticks 9$. That did seem a bit unreasonable to me. The crust on pizza (the thin crust) was fantastic, cooked perfectly, tiny bit crunchy, ..just right. As long as it's the pizza you're after, you won't be let down. Did I mention huge arcade and...
Read moreThe crust served here is a textbook example of traditional tavern-style pizza—ultra-thin, expertly crisped, and executed with precision. It’s clear the dough was rolled and baked with intention, achieving that signature snap that defines the style. Ironically, its excellence is also where the pie falters. The crust outperforms the rest of the build, drawing attention away from the sauce and cheese, which struggle to keep pace.
I ordered a plain cheese pizza—a deliberate choice. If you want to gauge the integrity of a pizzeria, you start with the fundamentals. No toppings, no distractions—just crust, sauce, and cheese. This is where the soul of a pizza reveals itself.
The sauce had a pleasant texture, with a consistency that clung well to the base, but it lacked the bright acidity and herbal punch I expect from a sauce supporting a traditional tavern-style pie. The balance was off—muted, almost shy.
As for the cheese, the melt and stretch were spot on—elastic and inviting. However, the flavor was subtle, and in the presence of such a dominant crust, it became more of a background note than a melody. Not unpleasant, but certainly overshadowed.
This is a pizza built on a brilliant foundation—but for it to shine as a whole, the supporting elements need to step up and meet the crust at its level.

Read moreSpend your money elsewhere. I don’t ever leave reviews but I don’t think I’ve ever been talked to the way I was at a restaurant, ever. We walked in, and it was pretty busy but we noticed there were still some tables open. We walk up to order and the girl at the register said that it’s to go orders only. I was confused since there was tables opened, so I was like “oh can we get to go and go find a table near the arcade?”, I was friendly and it was just a clarifying question as they didn’t explain why it was to go only. A worker butts in and says very, very rudely, “you can get it to go, AND GO” and points to the door. The gal at the register was just as shocked as we were, and she looked to be quite a bit embarrassed. There was absolutely no reason to have a response like that. He simply could have said they were at capacity and we would’ve understood and placed the order to go. I asked her if there was a manager to report the interaction to, and very discreetly, she told me that “he is the manager”. She looked still stunned and mortified that that happened. It was extremely uncalled for, and to learn he is the manager, not a good look at all. We left and went down the street to Dundee’s instead and they had wonderful pizza and service. I reported online and hope they take this seriously because as a manager, he shouldn’t get away with talking to customers like that. Especially as we were nothing but friendly, just genuinely confused when they said to go orders only. A simple friendly explanation could’ve...
