Now I really had to think about this one I don't take giving anything less than a three stars lightly but at this location it seriously needs improvements from I never had a meal more than just okay and at time terrible to the point I have had no desire to go back even when offered a ten dollar apology for a terrible meal as compared to when visiting any of the other KFC or taco bell locations in county I have had good or even great meals at them but the location in seaside has never been more than okay in at least the last seven years I have been here I don't know what all needs to change if it's working their employees to hard bad machinery that needs updated but things need to a major overhaul or I feel this location will close you can only pass on just okay food for so long before you get closed and I would hate to see it fail like our pizza hut did...

There are kiosks by the entrance for ordering food, which makes it easy to customize my meal. While some items can be a bit expensive, I discovered a combo meal that was reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring my order was correct. The food was well-prepared, fresh, and hot. The fountain drink station offered a wide variety of beverages, and the condiments station was conveniently located right in front of the kiosks. Read moreI had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Taco Bell drive-thru, primarily due to the awful customer service from an employee named Chandler.
From the moment I began placing my order, Chandler was rude and dismissive. He seemed annoyed to be taking my order and made no effort to hide his irritation.
Even though my order was correct, Chandler's attitude was unacceptable. When I asked for clarification on an item, he responded with a sarcastic tone and seemed put out by having to answer my question. To top it off, when I asked for his name, he slammed the window shut in our face without a word.
I went back inside to gather this guys name and he just happened to be at a customer’s table telling them his name and he looked absolutely shocked to see me!
