This was some of the best pho I’ve ever had. Came for lunch, ordered the popcorn basil chicken & chicken pho. The popcorn basil chicken was very good. Even though this is a Vietnamese restaurant, they nailed this traditional Taiwanese snack. The pho was absolutely delicious. It was so fragrant, as they must use more of the aromatics like clove or fennel seed than most Vietnamese restaurants do. The decor is minimal and clean with many tables for dining in. There’s also a counter in the back for ordering takeout. The service was the only detractor for me. But given the quality and flavor of the food, it is totally worth giving up great service. It wasn’t bad service, just it seemed that there was only one guy for taking orders (dine in OR takeout) and running food. All in all, I’d highly recommend...

The iced matcha latte was pretty much perfect! I was told the matcha powder is direct from Japan. 🇯🇵 Just make it a touch stronger / darker green. The milk is very rich, it tastes like a matcha ice cream. I will definitely get this again, and totally the best matcha for miles and miles out here! Don't bother anywhere else, seriously. 🍵🧋🟢
