I was standing in line, waiting for someone to take my order and was told to use the kiosk to place my order. (This particular kiosk didn’t look clean given we are in a pandemic and it takes your picture, which I later found out how to decline.). Not more than two minutes later, someone else was waiting and the same lady took this person’s order personally. The food was good, but I wasn’t given condiments like the person in front of me got automatically without asking. The person in front of me, was the person who ordered behind me, without using the kiosk. Apparently there is a delay when using the kiosk. When I sat down to eat, I noticed that I didn’t have any ketchup, but after walking all day (15,900 steps later) I was just wanted to sit down and relax and not have to get up and bring everything with me just to get some ketchup. Also, when I went to order, I left a $1 journal to hold my spot and a woman stole it. Welcome to Seattle. She was eyeing it, but I didn’t think anything of it until it was gone after I ordered. It was a brand new journal that retailed for $19, but was deeply discounted. I don’t blame CaliBurger and it was easily replaced, but this was not a good eating experience for me as it could have been as it was for the other customer behind/ahead of me. Had I seen these reviews before ordering (right now at 3 stars), I would have passed on this place and gone somewhere more upscale.

Meh. I got the K Town hot dog and fries. The hot dog was really small, but very good and surprisingly filling. The fries were more plain than frozen store brand fries. The kitchen got two out of three of our orders wrong. The kiosk is also confusing. It's also too far back and too high for a wheelchair customer as I watched one struggle mightily for over 5 minutes before anyone helped him. It also took too long for my food when not very busy. Skip this place if you're in a hurry.

Delicious food and amazing prices! Definitely recommend the hot dogs here, they have different ones you can pick from. Their burgers are also bomb. We used the kiosk and our order automatically went through and was ready in a couple of minutes. The lady working on our order put napkins and condiments in our bag. We decided to get out order to-go to avoid the usage of trays but all tables were being sanitized by a person. Definitely recommend the food here.

Came here seeking a better bang-for-your-buck burger than Great States $9-with-tax MID AF borderline McDonalds quality burger. I got a $10 K-Town burger here which sounded promising. The patties were "fine" but Wendy's beef is noticeably higher quality imho. Nonetheless, the ingredients were good outside of the just fine patties.

My burger was missing the onion ring which was kind of an important part of it, and in the 4 minute walk back to my office the bottom bun was mostly soaked through, making me think the ingredients weren't properly drained/rested before being added. We were by NO means served during a rush, so no excuses for the soggy burger.

Also just minus extra stars for having KIOSK ordering with automatic minimum 15% tips LOL. This practice alone is worth a 1-star for every single business that employs...

I just came back from that place. I just want to get some cold drink in the sunny day. I got my shake from there and the straw and the lid was really oily. So, I ask them to get the one with paper wrap and they said that’s not good for the shake and they get the new one for me that she use the napkin grab it and hand it to me. I don’t have any problem with it at all but she was complaining me in Spanish and gave an aggressive attitude. So, fist time and last time for this place. I wonder if they really done the test for working with food and get their food worker card? She was working with frying stuff and then come to make my drink with...
